Dork Diaries: Gwen's Story

Sunday 9th September

I'm back home from the best slumber party ever. It was soo fun I wish it never ended. Even my bffs from Snowflakes Middle School have never thrown such an amazing sleepover.

After Jennifer's party, we went straight to Kim's house. Her chauffeur   dropped us a few at the front gate. (YES she has her own personal chauffeur. In fact every member of her family has one.)

Her house is humongous. I was so shocked. Their batlour Edward opened the door for us "Welcome back Miss Wesley. Hallo Skyler. And...."He asked in a British accent. "Oh I'm  Gwen " I said. " Nice to meet you Gwen. Welcome. Please make yourself at home." Sometimes I wish I had a batlour.

We went upstairs to her room and Wow. So much pink. In a good way.  Her bed was huge. A soft pink carpet covered the whole bedroom floor including her bathroom. I felt like I was walking on cloud.  A baby pink cloud. Skyler and I threw our bags on the carpet and sat on her water bed.

"Let's get this party  started" said an excited Kim. "Anyone up for a snack ?". We raced downstairs to the kitchen where we made popcorn and some refreshing juice. We carried it back to Kim's room and placed it on a table. After chowing down the snacks. We watched a movie. We were kinda getting bored saw decided to play truth or dare. Which is usually my favourite game after spin the bottle.

"Truth or dare?"I asked Skyler."truth"
"Tell me the truth  who do you have a crush on?"Skyler started  blushing . "Uuuuuh" Kim and I teased. "Come on. You can tell us " Kim pleaded. 
"Please  please please please please "we begged "ok fine but please promise  you won't tell anyone. Not anyone at all."Skyler said  "we promise now spill it" She  bit her lips and said "Um  his name is  .............Ok please I'm serious. If you tell anyone. ..." "Aaaagh  we won't tell " Kim said angrily. "It's. ..............I swear if you guys...."Skyler  threatened. "Aaaagh " Kim and I said getting angrier by the minute "ok ok .its..........Glen Johnson" Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat
It hit me like a bombshell. I sat there in shock. My mouth dangling wide opened. "What.....have you seen a goast or something "Kim said staring at me. "Don't tell me you like him too " Skyler said. "Ewww no.im shocked because Glen is my  brother."I said (gasp) "Wait you have  brother. " asked Kim. "Ya two actually. Glen is my twin brother and also there is Cody. My 6 year old brother."I explained.

Sky and Kim could not belive it. They just stared at me in disbelief. Sky was kinda embarrassed. I felt so sorry for sky. She likes Glen but that Jennifer has him under her evil love spell. I didn't have the heart to tell her the truth.

Kim  decided to change  the subject. "So what about you Gwen?" Kim asked" Anyone you had your eye on ?"
I looked down and blushed. "Oh it's soo obvious.  Justin. " Skyler said giggling.  "Oh gosh .Is it that obvious?"I nervously asked. "Um yaaa, you make it look that obvious. "Kim  said  laughing.  Soon Skyler joined in the laughter. Soon I joined in the laughter.
In no time we were cracking jokes and laughing  hard . Skyler almost chocked on the nacho she was eating. "Okey guys. Let's make a deal. Bffs now and forever ."said a hyper Skyler as she was jumping up and down Kim's bed. "Yeah  bffs now and forever, "we said as we joined her.

We were soo hyper after eating all the junk that we passed out .The next morning, We decided to go to the mall and hang out and shop .We  shopped till we dropped. I got this cute scarlet red mini dress. Omg it was like love at first sight. I just had to buy it. Luckily the sales lady gave us a 20% discount on every outfit we bought.

At around noon, we were starving. I could eat a horse. We decided to go to this fast food restaurant called 'Sweet Delicacy ' at the mall. Omg their fries are to die for. We ate like pig in a barn. The two days we spent together were ones never to forget. My mum then came to pick me up later in the evening. Skyler had already been picked. I waved goodbye to Kim as mom backed away from the driveway.
"So how was the slumber party?" Mom asked. I told her everything that happened.  Well....not everything. I left out the part for Skyler and Glen and Justin and Jennifer.
