The ANBU silver flash!(Book 2)

~2 1/2 years later~

Yuki’s pov          .

“Yuki time for your mission.” Kakashi says as he wakes me up. I had grown up a lot over the last 2 1/2 years. For one I was now part of the ANBU, second I was a special jonin and third my team had to go after our sensei because she was now a mercenary. I yean before getting out of bed and grabbing my cloths to take a quick shower before grabbing whatever Kakashi had made before running off to meet up with my team. Mai and Zaku had made it into the ANBU as well and we worked well together so we were normally all on the same team. I was hoping to make it to caption in the next few years and the training I had done with Kakashi had made me a very strong ninja. Once I was done with my shower and changed I run down the stairs my mask in my left hand as I tied my headband around my left arm with my right. Sitting there in the kitchen was Kakashi and he holds up a plate of toast and some bacon. I laugh a little when I see this. “You didn’t set it on fire this time. Your getting better at that dad.” I say in a teasing tone. He chuckles softly before looking at the clock behind me. “Better eat fast you only have 25 minutes to eat and get to Lady Tsunade’s office.” He says. I nod as I sit and start to stuff food into my mouth.

Once I was done Kakashi ruffles my hair and I shake my head at him before kissing his check. “Stay safe and come back home. I’ll take you out to dinner when you get back. I love you sweetheart.” Dad yells and I giggle a little. “Sure thing dad. I love you too and I will try to come back as safely as I can.” I say before running out the door. If I timed things right I might be able to see Kiba before I had to go get my mission. I run into someone and they hold me up before placing a small kiss on my lips. “Morning Snow. I didn’t know you were in such a rush to see me.” Kiba says in a smug tone. I give a small laugh before pulling away from him. “As much as I would love to keep talking to you I have to get to Granma’s office before she sends Zaku or Mai out for me. I have a new mission. I’ll drop by your place when I get back.” I say before giving him another kiss and running off. As I run I put my mask on as I run because I had to have it on when I got there. I loved my mask because it was a dog like Kakashi’s but had more wolf like features. Tsunade had agreed to give me a more detailed mask because all the other ones would brake so they had to make it stronger to deal with Yuriko’s powers and she liked to have me look good. When I got to her office I stand in between Zaku and Mai like normal even though they were a couple they liked to have me in the middle during mission briefings so they can concentrate on what the mission was.

          I found out that we weren’t supposed to date someone else that was in ANBU but Tsunade had made an exception in the rule for Mai and Zaku because they would have quit being a ninja and she needed them to keep me under control. That isn’t saying I was a bad ninja who jumped in without thinking but it was more to help me keep Yuriko for going all out when I got to hurt. Needless to say I wasn’t allowed on a lot of dangerous missions but things were changing. I was part of the team that had been looking for information the Akatsuki and Sasuke. Tsunade looks us all over before giving a small sigh. “Today’s mission I only need 4 ANBU and the rest will be back up or go on missions around the village. Yumi step forward.” Tsunade says and I was a little surprised my code name was called out. I step forward and look her dead in the eyes. “Yumi you will be in charge of this mission and chose the other 3 that will go with you.” Tsunade says and I turn a little to look at Mai and Zaku who step up next to me nodding their head. “Sai you will be joining them.” Tsunade barks and a pale boy walks over to us.

          The others are given their missions and leave which leaves just the 4 of us and Tsunade. “Your target is to bring in a rouge Nin that was from our village. She has information that we need that concerns the Akatsuki and she is to be put to death once she has given us all we need.” Tsunade says before throwing a file down. I pick it up and look throw it before passing it off to Zaku who reads it then Mai then Sai. “Yumi bring her back alive is that understood?” Tsunade says and I nod my head. We leave her office and Mai grabs my arm. We were finally going after her. That woman who hated me for no reason other than the fact that I was new. “Yumi will we really be able to bring her back alive?” Mai asks. I chuckle a little before shaking my head. “We will Mari.” I say before pulling her arms off me. Zaku chuckles a little before looking over at Sai. Even after all these years Zaku was still over protective of his team and didn’t like others coming around us. “Tetsuo aren’t you worried? I mean you know that we are going after that woman. The one who left her team because of a man who hated ninjas.” Mai complains. Sai hadn’t said a word and just watched us as we walked. “Alright stop complaining Mari. Now I will give you all a half hour to get your things together and we will meet at the gate before leaving.” I order and they all nod before running in different directions. Mai and Zaku lived together because Mai’s parents didn’t approve of her choice to be in ANBU once she made it in so Zaku let her move into his place. I was still with Kakashi and had gained the name of wolf ninja. I didn’t really get why but Kakashi said it was because I fought like a wolf not to mention one of my summons was a wolf.
