The ANBU silver flash!(Book 2)

Chapter 4

Yuki’s pov.

          I was still upset that I had let Sasori beat me up but was glad that I hadn’t gotten poisoned like Kankuro. I don’t think the sand village would be able to take care of both of us and Yuriko would have thrown a fit if I had. I watch as Sakura pulls the last of the poison out of Kankuro and Naruto as well as my dad get up and walk over to her. I stay in my spot not really ready to move but I get up and walk slowly into the room before stopping by his bed. I wanted to see that my friend was alright. Not much later a message from Tsunade arrives. “Yumi come over here.” Kakashi says and I walk over before looking over his shoulder and laughing a little. Naruto had been giving me dirty looks for a while now and I wonder if he would be nicer to me if he knew who I really was. Guess I will find out soon. “Kakashi-sensei why didn’t we get Yuki to come with us instead of this useless girl?” Naruto asks and I grab him by the front of his jacket. “Hey put him down.” Sakura chirps from behind me. I push Naruto against the wall and put my hand to my mask before pulling it off so he could see my face. “Glad to know you want my help but you think I’m useless Naruto.” I bark before dropping him. He was stunted to say the lest but I didn’t care. I walk away from him and sit back down a small frown on my face seeing as how Naruto called me useless not more than a few moments ago.

          “Yuki?” Sakura asks and I give her a smile before a small wave. “Hi Sakura, fancy meeting you here.” I say as she looks me over. “Where did that ANBU from our village go?” Sakura asks a little confusion on her face. “You mean this ANBU?” I ask as I put my mask back on the pulled it off to see her surprised face. “Yeah that was how Kiba was when I did that too. Lady Tsunade told me to blow my cover so I could help you 3 out. Seeing as how I was part of Team 7 when I got to our village. Look go help Kankuro and I will sit here not making any more problems.” I say and she nod before going back to work. I look over at my dad who had a worried look on his face. I listen to what is being said before shaking my head a little. I thought I had seen something that would be helpful but I wasn’t sure of it myself because I couldn’t see straight. Before Kankuro passed out he made one final attack and when that happened I could have sworn I had seen the man’s face but it wasn’t right. I was so lost in my own thoughts that I wasn’t pulled out of them until they said Kankuro was awake. I run over and was glad to know he was ok.

          He talks to Tamari first before Kakashi ask to be taken back to where the attack happened. Kankuro’s puppet had a scrap of Sasori’s cloths and that would be helpful for Kakashi’s hounds and my wolves. “Are all my puppets recovered and is Yuki alright?” Kankuro asks. I walk over putting my hand on his back helping him up. “I’m fine Kankuro but I should have helped you more.” I mumble before Kankuro started to talk. Dad picks up the cloth and I nod my head a little eager to go after them then I remembered my kunai was with Gaara. “I can go ahead and help Gaara as you track him.” I say before taking a few steps from Kankuro. “No Yuki it’s too dangerous and besides how will you find Gaara?” dad says as he looks over me. “I’m the silver flash remember.” I say as I pull out one of my special kunai that matched the one Gaara had. Dad chuckles a little before holding out his hand for it. I sigh before walking over and putting it in his hand. “Just like Minato-sensei’s.  But I can’t let you go alone. Give one of these to everyone going just in case and you will be sticking close to me.” He says giving me the I’m your father and the leader of this mission look. I sigh before nodding knowing that he was right. “Naruto catch and don’t use that just keep it on you.” I say before throwing him one of my special kunai. He looks at it confused before putting it in his pocket. I smile a little because he trusted me not to hurt him.

          “Yuki your wolves.” Dad says and we perform the hand signs for the summoning. “Summoning jutsu.” We both say before a cloud of smoke fills the room. Pakkun talks with Naruto and my wolves sit by me waiting. “Kakashi let them at it first before your dogs have a go. You know how impatient my wolves get.” I say a small smirk on my face. He chuckles before walking over letting them sniff before letting his dogs have a go at it. “Yuki you should be nicer to us.” Pakkun says a little pout on his face. “Well I would have summoned you if he hadn’t. It’s not like I don’t like you.” I say and he nods before looking at dad again. I look at my wolves. “Help Kakashi’s dog’s find the scent then let me know. Protect them from danger should it arise and Taka report to me directly if Gaara is hurt. You should find my lizard somewhere out there so bring him back if he’s not dead.” I say before my wolves follow Kakashi’s dogs.
