~Marley's POV~

'Seize them' My father ordered his guards. WHAT!? What had they done wrong? Admittedly the Elliot guy kept on bothering me. But Jay?

'No!' I cried. Springing away from my fathers embrace. Jay tried to make a run for it; sprinting down the corridor. However Elliot just stared at me a look of anger, confusion and pure desperation plastered his grief striken face. He looked lost, as a guard cuffed his wrists and was led away roughly.

'Why did you do that?!' I questioned my father.

'They annoy me.' Was the only answer I received. He looked at me his face void of all emotion and I was about to protest, he put his forefinger on my lips and shushed me.

'Do not question me!' He demanded

'Dear,' he added almost sarcasticly...surely not.

'But-' I started and was rewarded with a sharp backhanded whack on my cheek. I gasped in shock, looking up I saw he was looking down on me in pure contempt his eyes blazing with hatref. Clutching my stinging face I ran away from him.

I ran straight to my mother who looked up startled from where she was sat in a cosy armchair reading a book, as I burst through her bedroom door. The startled look didn't dissapear when she realised who it was, if anything she looked even more suprised. She looked at my tear-strained face and hastily put down her book and strode over to where I stood and without saying a word she cradled my head and comforted me, tears strolling down her own face.

We stayed like that until I heard a little voice,

'Marley?'

I lifted up my head, and was suprised to see a little girl stood there who looked strikingly like me. A jolt of shock shot through me.

I looked down at our little guest and to my mother then back to the girl, looking back to my mother I asked 'Who's this?'

My mother and the little girl both looked at me incredulasly and disbelievingly.

'What!?'

'This is Kellie...Your little sister!'
