Arriving at the airport, Jay helped me pull my luggage to the entrance; Jay had insisted, he take me shopping before I went to be honest I didn't complain much. Jay went totally over the top though, buying me an Ipod touch, and a Samsung galaxy s2 which he entered his number into, aswell as buying me lots of new clothes and suitcases to put them in.

Now was our time to say goodbye.
Jay enveloped me in a huge hug.
'I'm really going to miss you!' He whispered into my ear his voice clogged from unshed tears. I knew he was just trying to stay strong for me.
How could I say goodbye to a long lasting best friend. My only friend.
'Jay!' I whispered back, 'I'll miss you so much,' I managed to say through my tears.
As the last anouncment signalled my plane, I pulled away and walked to the bording gate, taking one look back, and whispered 'Goodbyes are never forever, ' Knowing his werewolf ears would hear, as I saw one single tear run down his face.
It tore at my heart, I nearly ran back to comfort him, but as if reading my thoughts he shook his head firmly once. At that I turned around feeling his eyes on my back the whole time, but I didn't look back. I couldn't look back. This was about the future now.

'Sweetie?... we've landed now.' I flinched awake at my childhood nickname, I smiled at the women sat next to me, she had such loving eyes. I wondered if she had children.
After picking up my bagage off the conveyer belt, I made my way to the next bording gate, I was a bit early and to pass the time I texted Jay. But had no reply, must be busy I thought.
Finally when we were allowed on the plane, I sat down in my allocated seat.
Putting earphones in which I had received off the airline, chose a song and drifted off to sleep this way. It was the best way to pass the time. Better than thinking whether the pack back home ... no back there, had caught a trail and were after me, or if Jay had been found out. Yes, sleeping was much better.
