"W-Will- I c-can't go out today I'm sorry." The phone call was abrupt and the blonde could hear his friend sniffling from the other line. What had happened?

"Parvis, what's wrong?" He asked quietly.

"She- she's gone will. She said she wasn't coming back and that I-I-" The teen cut himself off.

"That you're what Parvis?" Will persisted. That bitch how could she.

"She- She said I d-didn't deserve h-her a-and I-I w-wasn't worth it...." He could almost hear the tears choking the other's words.

"Hang on Parvis I'm coming over, I'm bringing anime and cookies and we can forget that bitch ever existed okay?"

"Th-Thanks Will... It m-means a lot..." There was another sniff.

"No problem that's what friends are for."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Oh my god Will did you see that kid in computing?!" Will looked up from his sandwich to stare at the excited teen.
"Who?" He asked confusedly. Parvis rolled his eyes like it was obvious.
"Ridge obviously! You know, the super hot ginger who's like totally the most handsome person on the planet!" Will frowned slightly from behind his sandwich but it went unnoticed.
"What about him?"
"What do you mean 'what about him' he's new, and he's cute and I think I have a crush on him." Parvis said matter-of-factly.
"Oh.. that's.. that's nice.." Will murmured as the teen continued to ramble on about the looks of this supposed 'Ridge'. He hoped this wouldn't end as badly as the last time.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"WILLLLL!!!!" Was the first sound he heard when he picked up the phone. Holding in about a foot from his face the blonde answered cautiously.

"What?!"

"WE'RE GOING OUT WILL, ME AND RIDGE OH MY GOD I THINK I'M DYING!!!!" His friend was squealing but Strife's heart sunk. What was wrong with him he was supposed to be happy for his friend?

"That's.. That's great Parvis I bet it goes great." He forced a smile onto his face.

"THANKS!! I GOT TO GO NOW HE'S WAITING BYE!!!" The line cut off abruptly as Will sunk to the floor.

It was happening again.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"W-Will?" His friend was sniffling again, oh god please not this.
"Parvis what happened?" The concerned blonde replied.
"H-He left me Will... He's going out w-with Xephos..." Parvis' usually loud voice was so soft Strife could barely hear him.
"Hang on I'm coming"
"Th-Thank you Will"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

And that was how they ended up on Parv's couch, the lanky teen sobbing into Strife's chest. The blonde rubbed his back reassuringly as he tried to comfort his friend best he could.

"S-Strife?" The boy asked.

"Ya?"

"D-Did I do something wrong?" Strife stared at him in confusion.

"What are you talking about Alex?"

"Th-This happens every time, every time they say they found someone better, that I'm not worth it. Strife am I not worth it?" Strife's eyes widened as the teen's grip around the other's waist tightened.

"Alex, don't you dare for one second think this is your fault because this is never your fault you hear me?! You are the most wonderful and amazing person I know and I don't know what I'd do without so don't you dare think your not worth it because you are so worth it." He hugged the crying teen closer to him as he tried to convey the importance of his speech.

"Strifey... I- I-" Parvis looked at him, eyes shining with tears.

"I love you Alex Parvis so please, don't cry." And without further thought, the blonde gently pressed his lips to his friend's. Parv's arms found their way around the other's neck as he kissed back as they both tried to convey all their feelings into one physical moment.

And it was so worth it.
