Don't Try To Take This From Me.

"You know, the one on your 'To Do' list," she said and I could practically feel myself turn red as his brown eyes fell on me.

"I hate you," I said under my breath. She snickered.

"I know," she said back as Chris grinned at me. She was going to get it later. "Guys, this is Kari."

All the guys pulled off their masks and Manny did too, and then pulled mine off. I was cautious to look at anyone, just in case Manny messed my face up. She said she didn't but I was on the hunt for a bathroom just in case.

It took forever to find the stupid thing. I almost gave up right as I walked into it. I inspected my makeup, which was still intact and turned, running straight into a tall man. Chris, to be exact. I jumped back.

"Holy shit, you scared me," I said. He grinned as his deep brown eyes met mine. Butterflies bubbled up in my stomach and my heart started to beat a little bit faster.

"Umm, I didn't catch your name earlier," he said. I could tell he was lying but I didn't mind.

"I'm Kari Taylor," I said, offering my hand. He shook it.

"Hi Kari, I'm Chr-" he started to say before I cut him off.

"Chris Motionless, I know," I said, smiling. That earned me a smile in return. One that made my knees go weak and I put my hand on the sink to steady myself. We walked back to where everyone else was.

We were all just hanging out, getting to know each other. It was really nice. I mostly talked with Chris and Kuza, with the exception of Ricky and Balz. It was so much fun. I didn't want it to end.
