I wasn't aware that I could have this much fun sober. But soon the party ended and we had to go home. Before we actually left though, Chris pulled me off to the side.

"So, umm, I'd love to keep in touch and get to know you more, which probably sounds weird, but I would. The only thing is we're leaving for tour tomorrow so, uhh, I was wondering if maybe I could get your number," he said, looking at his feet and rubbing the back of his neck. He was nervous. It was cute.

In my head, I started fangirling a little. Chris fucking Motionless wanted my number. I felt just like a teenager all over again. I nodded and he handed me his phone. I put my number in and handed it back.

He tapped a few things and soon my phone was ringing, playing 'We Only Come Out At Night'. I pulled it out of the only place I could stuff it: my bra. It was an unknown number, but I knew it was Chris. I programmed it into my phone then looked up at him. He was grinning.

"What?" I asked.

"Nothing, I just think it's cool that you like my music," he said and we said our goodbyes.

Manny and I walked home, mostly running around like freaks, total Lost Boys status, without the motorcycles. A few people were still walking around and they would look at us like we could possibly kill them at any moment. I enjoyed it.

We finally got home and I pulled my heels off. My feet hurt extremely bad as I went to my room to change.

After, I walked back out to the living room where Manny was as my phone pinged. I smiled as I tapped 'Read Now'.

Chris: Hello.

Me: Hey.(:

Chris: Whatcha doing?

Me: Just chillin'. What're you doing?

"Who you texting?" Manny asked as I slumped onto our sectional couch. I smiled and she laughed. "Chris? Really?"

I nodded.

Chris: Same here. I had fun tonight.

Me: Me too.

"Are you glad you decided to come with me tonight?" Manny asked.

"Hell yeah, I was just gonna stay home and watch scary movies but going out is always better," I said, looking at her and flashing her a smile.

Chris: So I was thinking, maybe, we could hang out tomorrow before we leave?

I bit my lip and replied: I would love to.

Manny and I talked for a little while before I got tired and went to bed.

Tonight was too good. By far the best Halloween of my life, without the pranks anyways.

Another kind of short chapter. I'll try to make the next one better. Sidebar picture just makes me laugh, it's not relevant to the story.
