"I am your father," Hades stated.

Okay, so he didn't really say that and it would be physically impossible, due to the fact that he looked three years older than me. But I would have believed that rather than what he actually said.

"I am Hades, King of the Underworld and God of Riches," he proudly admitted. I couldn't help myself, and choked on my food.

Coughing, I remarked, "Yeah and I'm Albus Dumbledore."

Puzzled, he asked, "Who is that?"

When he asked that, I immediately recovered from my laughter, "Where have you been living? Under a rock?" I say with wide eyes.

"No, I live here obviously," he rolled his eyes.

"Wait, we are going off topic. Now back to the question, which was; who are you?" I questioned seriously.

"I already told you, I am Hades, the King of the Underworld, God of Riches," he repeated his lie.

"Like I would believe that," I scoffed. "Hades is part of Greek mythology, Myth-ol-ogy, okay, it's a myth, as in not real," I deadpanned.

"But it is real, it's not mythology, just something humans want to think is a myth, because they are afraid of reality. It is true that I am Hades and you are in the Underworld right now," he said.

I got frustrated, and thought is he mentally disabled?

"What, of course not." Hades said with disbelief.

Did I say that out loud?

"Yes you did." I heard him say, "idiot" so quiet, I almost didn't catch it.

"I'M AN IDIOT?" I questioned angrily, "You're the idiot here, a wannabe Hades fan. What are you even trying to do? Larp?" I asked him.

"What is Larp?" he asked confused.

Oh my god, and he calls me an idiot? "It stands for Live Action Role Play, you're basically acting as Hades, the Greek God," I said.

"But I'm not acting as Hades, I am Hades," his voice carried a note of anger.

"Why are you so persistent on trying to convince me that you are Hades? Just give up already, it's no use," I scoffed.

"DAMN IT, I am the God Hades, I am not acting as Hades, simply because I am him. I know you won't understand it, you humans cannot simply believe what is right in front of your blind eyes," he snapped.

"Of course I wouldn't understand, and stop referring to humans as if you aren't one too," I told him.

"But I'm not human, I'm immortal, a GOD," he emphasized.

"No, I will not believe that you are a God and that Greek mythology is real. Because it's not possible," I said, not giving into his lie.

"You dare question a God?" he raised his voice.

"Of course not, because you are no God," I snapped at him.

Apparently, that was the wrong thing to say because his eyes lost their icy blue-gray color as black took over. Just as I thought he was going to yell at me, his eyes went back to normal and he calmly responded, "Fine then, I will show you instead."
