I sat at the dining table with Hades next to me, and an engagement ring on my ring finger on my left hand. We waited for the food to come out in complete, awkward silence, this seems to be a consistent thing. Just as he was about to speak, the waiters came out with the food and I thanked them. My plate was loaded with salad and in the corner of the plate were two buttered breadsticks. For a salad, it looked pretty good, though the pomegranate seeds were questionable, the crushed nuts and dressing looked interesting. I began to eat until the plate was free of any food. I looked next to me and Hades was finished with his food too. I was just about to stand up and walk out the door but Hades voice stopped me.
"The wedding takes place in three weeks, during those weeks, you'll be trying on wedding dresses, tasting cakes, choosing the flowers, and stuff like that. I, of course, will help you with all of it except the dress," I took all this in slowly. I sighed, this all sounds like a lot of work. But this is my wedding, unfortunately, and I would like to have a part in it.
"Ok," I simply said, stood up and walked to my room. I slammed the door behind me and took out some paper and started design my dream dress. I wasn't the best drawer there is but I'm a bit good. I ended up with a princess ball gown dress. It had a sweetheart neckline that would be embedded with jewels and was tight fitted at the torso, kinda like a corset. Then at the waistline, the dress flared out into a ball gown type of dress, with a little poof in it. It would be floor length, and then in the back it would be long train to drag behind me. And the whole thing would be white. I will wear white high heels with lace to match. I was pretty proud of my work.
I decided to give this to Hades to give to the person who will make the dress. If only I could find him, right when I thought that, someone knocked at the door. I reluctantly got up from my bed and opened the door to find Hades there.
"So I just wanted to apologize. I know this is a lot and the only reason you are doing this is to see your mother again. I bet you feel trapped into this engagement, and for that, I am sorry," he looked down in shame which made my heart hurt. I might as well just be friendly with him during my six month long stay here, in the end, I'll still leave him so it's a win win.
"I forgive you," I smiled. "Um, so I drew out what I wanted my dress to look like. I wonder if you could give it to someone so they could create it?" I asked while giving him the drawing.
"Sure, I'll take this up to Athena, she is the probably the best you could get," he said.
"Wait you mean the Greek Goddess Athena, is going to make MY wedding dress?" I was about to fangirl but thought better of it.
"Yes, is there something wrong with that?" he asked.
"Of course not," I waved him off.
"Okay, I guess I'll see you later," he awkwardly said and walked away.
I went back to my bed and laid down, wondering what my wedding would look like.

Did anyone see the foreshadowing in this chapter? Cause I did, well maybe because you're the author, oh right. Forget what I just said, I'm very weird. But don't forget to vote, share and comment as well, thank you.
