~Leila's POV~
"Well, I'm going to go back home tomorrow. No one will have to worry about anything. It's over and done with, it'll all work itself out with time. Everyone will be fine. As for now, I'm gonna go hail a cab and hopefully get a motel room for the night." I said, walking away from the tour bus and outside.
Michael was sitting outside the tour bus along with Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley, from Florida Georgia Line. Apparently they are all friends.
"Hey, uh how are you?" Brian said, as I was walking out the door and heading towards main street. It wouldn't be hard to walk to Main Street and catch a cab considering I only had a few bags and they weren't too heavy. I was just ready to get away from these people.
"I'm Leila. I'm Sam's ex," I said replying to Brian's question.
I would be lying if I said I didn't have an inner fan girl moment. I had always been fans of them two and them willingly talking to me and not just saying "Hi, what would you like autographed?" was rather nice.
"An ex? He's never talked about you before. How long were y'all together?" Tyler asked.
"Guys, be easy. She's been through a lot with him." Michael warned.
"Hell, I ain't blaming her. I bet Sam was the reason she was an ex, any how." Brian said.
"No, actually I'm the one that originally broke it off. Then I tried getting back with him when I found out I was pregnant, but he didn't want to." I replied.
"That's his loss. Wait, you're pregnant?" Tyler asked.
"I was but I lost it." I said.
"Oh, wow. I'm sorry. I didn't know," Tyler replied.
"No, no, it's okay. I'm slowly learning to live with it." I replied.
It wasn't reallly a lie because in all reality, I was slowly starting to get used to the way things were and not be depressed about it. Sure, I was still hurt, but I will get over it within time.
"So, where are you headed?" Michael asked.
"To find a motel. I'm leaving tomorrow," I said
"Oh, alright. I'm sorry. Did you need a ride there? I would say you could just stay here but all the bunks are taken plus a motel is most likely way more comfortable." Michael replied.
"Uhm, if that's all right with you. I don't even know my way around town, honestly. I'd appreciate it much," I said.
I was greatful for Michael. I really was. He seemed like a nice guy.
"No problem. Alright boys, I'll see y'all when I get back." Michael said waving goodbye to Brian and Tyler.
"Nice meeting you, Leila. Message us once in a while on Instagram and we'll give you our numbers. It's nice not having someone swarm us like we're gold." Brian said.
"Yeah, that'd be nice." Tyler agreed.
"Okay, I will. Nice meeting you all, too. Bye guys," I said, before following Michael to his truck.
This all seemed so wrong. I was talking to people I've never met before like I knew them. Who knows, maybe Tyler and Brian were murderers and Michael and Sam were just being friends with them to cover up their murderous ways. I doubted it, but then again, you never know. What I did this weekend was risky. I didn't know anything about Michael but then again, if there was anything going on, he would have done whatever he wanted to do before hand and odds are, he wouldn't have brought me to Sam's exact tour bus. He's tried to help with all of this Sam drama. I truested him, I guess.
All we can do is wait and see if the rest of the day goes smoothly like it was supposed to.
Hopefully by tomorrow I can go back home, forget all of this, and continue life like I used to.
~That Evening~
What a day today has been. It's been crazy, that's for sure. I was extremely tired and ready to go home. Tennessee is nice and all but it takes some getting used to.
I was laying across the motel room bed when my phone dinged, signaling I had gotten a message from Instagram. It was an Instagram message from Tyler.
It had his phone number along with Brian's. I thought they were just kidding, honestly. But then again, how did they know my Instagram? I hadn't told them nor have I messaged them. There's always the chance they could have gotten it from Sam, though.
I quickly copy and pasted the phone numbers and then texted Brian and Tyler in a group chat.
Leila~ Hey guys (:
Brian~ Hi! How are you?
Tyler~ Hey y'all
Leila~ I'm okay. How are you guys?
Tyler~ Tired as hell
Brian~ Yeah
Leila~ I've been tired ever since I got here. I was hoping to get some shut eye on the plane trip earlier but that never happened.
Brian~ Ugh man that sucks.
Tyler~ Never happens for me either with flying. Brian though, he sleeps like he was born to do so.
Brian~ I was though.
Brian~ I'm a sleeping angel.
Tyler~ Shut up, Brian. How old are you, Leila?
Brian~ She looks like she's 19 tbfh
Leila~ 24. Turning 25 in like a month.
Brian~ I'm guessing you probably already know our ages.
Leila~ Everyone does, honestly.
Tyler~ Fan or super obsessed mobbing type fan?
Leila~ I've heard a couple songs on the radio. I'm not obsessed. I'm not one that knows your every move, goes to every show, has every merchandise item, or anything like that by no means.
Brian~ Good. Now we can act like friends rather than celebrity and fan. Believe it or not, talking to normal every day people like now, is nice. It's almost as if we can forget the celebrity world for a little while and go back to when we were just high schoolers and college kids.
Tyler~ Wow, Brian, how much rehearsing did that take?
Leila~ That makes sense.
Tyler~ Guys, I'm going to sleep... Chat in your own chat if y'all want.
Brian~ We will, tomorrow. I'm going to sleep as well. Bye guys.
Leila~ Sounds like a plan. Night y'all. Nice meeting you two, again. Y'all seem cool.
I sighed as I plugged my phone in the charger and laid it on the bedside table. Within minutes I was out like a light in hopes that tomorrow and tomorrow's adventure of flying again would go smoothly.
(A/N: Wow.. Florida Georgia Line showing up was a little unexpected, huh? Don't worry, that's been planned for a while. (; Hope you guys are enjoying the story.. 1K reads already! Amazing, it truly is. Thank you all so much.)
