~Liela's Point of View~
It wasn't much longer and both Brian and I had made it back to my parents house. My parents weren't home yet, because they had a work trip that they were on but they would be back sometime tomorrow morning, hopefully. In the mean time, I had Brian to keep me company.
It's amazing how close him and I had become. It's crazy to think that my best friend is a member of the famous country duo, Florida Georgia Line. I definitely never thought life would turn out to be this way. With each day though, I'm starting to feel a little better about my life. I'm learning to accept things for the way that they turned out. Yeah, what happened definitely sucks and hurt; it still does sometimes. But it's something that I can live with. Some people in this world do byfar have it a lot worse than what I do. I have a great support system that consists of family and amazing friends. I will definitely be okay.
"Alright, you ready?" Brian asked
"Yeah, I'm all set" I said.
"Let's go" he said, walking out the house and making his way to his truck.
"Are you sure that it's okay that I tag along? If it's not I understand. I don't want to intrude on anyone or anything." I said, hesitantly.
"Leila, trust me. I promise. If I didn't want you with me, I wouldn't continue to text you. I wouldn't have even met you this morning if I didn't want to spend time with you. I fucking missed you. As weird as that is, cause we don't ever hang out, it's true." Brian replied.
"Alright... I missed you too, to be honest" I said.
"You better have" Brian smirked.
"I did," I replied with a sigh.
"Alright well are you ready?" Brian asked, walking out the door and heading to his truck.
"Ready if you are" I replied.
"Alright, let's go!" Brian said, excitedly.
~A few hours later~
It was an exciting time at the arena where Brian and Tyler would be performing tonight. Streets were crowded with fans, and every where you went people were screaming Brian's name. Every where we went before the show, people were snapping photos, screaming names, and just in general doing anything possible for the attention of Brian, Tyler, and their crew members. I'm just praying for one thing right now; that these fans and followers don't come up with the bright idea that I'm in a relationship with Brian, or even Tyler. All though I don't think Tyler would be an accurate choice, considering the fans can tell who I'm around the most, in the short time that they saw all of us. Plus I'm sure several people at least saw me in the same vehicle as Brian, so that would obviously be the most logical one to chose, if at all.
It's not really about the fact of me, but I'm more concerened about it coming back because if they think Brian is in a relationship, he could easily loose fans. Plus, I doubt Brian wants relationship rumors with anyone, especially me.
"How much longer til you guys go out?" I asked, once we were back stage away from all the fans.
"Five minutes" Brian said, with a shy smirk.
"I really hope I'm not a bother to you guys. Are you sure it's okay for me to even be back here?" I asked
"Leila, we're positive. If it wasn't okay, you wouldn't be here. You're special to us. Brian especially" Tyler said with a smirk.
"You're not a bother. In fact, it's nice. I'ma go grab the last few things I need. Bye Leila, I'll see you when we get done" Tyler said, walking toward me and giving me a short friendly hug.
