I'm just letting you guys know now that what happened after that is still kind of fuzzy.

But, after I turned around this shadowy figure jumped out from god knows where. Honestly I don't think I will ever understand how whatever that thing was got into my house.

Anyways, he lunged straight for my throat so naturally I tried to punch it and get away. It was too fast though, and it simply glided to the other side of me. So I turned around in a panic, I had no fucking clue what to do.

I mean how the fuck do you prepare yourself for some demon type shit?!?!?!?!?

You don't.

I just kept trying to avoid him, and not die as quickly as I thought I was supposed to but I knew it was only a matter of time. My mind instantly flew back to when Mason gave me the necklace, and I thought that if it was supposed to protect me then now would be a great time. So I grabbed the necklace as it dangled around my neck and just prayed that someone would come and help.

As this demon came in for the kill I fell back letting go off my necklace.

As my hand left the necklace I saw it start glowing a pulsing red and the metal started to become extremely hot against my chest. Suddenly there was a burst of red light, and I was out............

When I finally woke up I was wearing a large black dress shirt that sat just above my knee and I was laying in a large bed with satin sheets. I had no idea what was happening or how I got here, and every time I tried to get up I felt like I was going to vomit over all this nice stuff. So I just laid there hoping someone would come and explain what the hell was going on. As I waited I drifted in and out of sleep for what felt like hours until I heard footsteps closing in on me.

I pretended to be asleep as this man sat on the end of the bed, but I was still unsure who exactly this was. Until he started talking.

It was Mason.

I slowly opened my eyes and saw him sitting at the end of the bed with his head in his hands. When he raised his head to look at me I saw that he had been crying, and there were tears in his eyes. I reached my hand out for his and he seemed so overwhelmed that he just completely ignored it and crushed his lips against mine.

I was so confused but when I was with him in that moment it really didn't matter, so I kissed him back with everything I could. For a while it felt like we were just moving with each other in such perfect rhythm that it would never end. But sadly everything does end.

And this was the most perfect moment until I looked into his eyes.

They were bright red.

And nothing could have prepared me for what was to come.
