Yes an angel... I don't get it either.

I mean I have always been a pretty good girl but I sure as hell (oops) wasn't perfect enough to be an angel. I was really hoping that Mason was joking, but deep down I knew he wasn't. I didn't actually have any proof and neither did he, but there was no denying it.

I was a fucking angel.

And a crappy one at that.

As you can tell.

Anyways.... you guys probably want to know how I am so sure about me being an angel.

Well here goes... so I remember ever since I was little having these dreams. And in these dreams there was always this same women, she was probably the most beautiful 'person' I had ever seen. And she always reminded me of my mom, with long black hair and glowing pale white skin.

She was an angel too.

And every night I would go to bed I would dream of her. She would tell me about the world, about all of the things she had seen and all the people she has helped. I always wanted to be just like her, but for me they were only dreams........ but now...... they were more than that.

They were messages.

They were lessons.

Mason's POV:

Kat was an angel..... and she didn't seemed surprised.

Honestly, I couldn't care less if she was an angel or not, but my parents would. That's why no one could know. I mean I knew that I could protect her if the time came but it would be a lot easier if it never came at all. All I had to do was wait it out, and the day I became king is the moment that she could be known for what she truly is. Until then of course there was no other choice but to keep her kind hidden.

There was one part of this plan of which I had no control over........ how long could she control her powers.

Because if Kat somehow still carries the last remnants of the angel blood line, then she is probably more powerful than any angel that ever was.

And more powerful than she knows.
