I opened my eyes and I was in the hospital. I looked around and I saw Vic and Tony talking.

“Guys, she’s awake!” I heard Mike say. They turned to me and Vic walked towards me. He was smiling.

“Hey darling” He said and kissed my forehead.

                “Wh-what happened?” I asked them

“You passed out during our sound check and…” I interrupted them.

“Your show” I shouted. They looked at me.

“Jaime and Esther are back apologizing to the fans, I refused to let you stay here alone” Vic said to me

I Nodded. “Anyways,  we bought you here and the doctor said you were getting really sick, you were weak from not sleeping much and not eating.” He finished.

“The baby” I asked him, I was scared for his answer.

“The baby is fine” He said smiling. “You just need to eat a lot more.” He finished.

“We can handle that, with mike being a great cook and all” Tony said. I laughed a little and looked over and mike.

“Ah, well, you know” He blushed. Just like his brother, the sweetest guy anyone has met.

I looked around at them and they all seemed sad. I couldn’t keep them from what they loved no matter what happens to me. It was sweet of Vic to think of me but I refuse to let them miss a show.

“Guys, go back to the show. Do it” I said.

“No, you are more important” Vic said, I looked at him “Can I leave the hospital or no?” I asked.

“You can” he was hesitant in saying this. I grabbed his hand and smiled “Darling, I’ll be side stage watching you, I will sleep after the show. I promise” I said. He smiled at me and I could tell he loved knowing that I was so supportive of him and what he did.

The doctor came in and talked to me about what to do, he released me and we were on our way to the venue again. When we got back Jaime was still surrounded by fans and with help from Vic I got off the bus. I heard comments made, my heart sunk. I hated knowing that I was almost the reason they had to cancel this show. I wouldn’t let them because; I was once in their position. Standing in line hours before the doors open, hoping to get a good spot, watching as the 4 guys that saved my life get on stage, feeling like their home, their wasteland, their only retreat. I wasn’t going to take this away from these kids. I was marrying the guy that so many of these kids adored and I planned to be their great friend and be included in the Pierce the Veil family some day.

“Okay babe, get in there and play the show of your life. For me” I smiled at him, he nodded at me and I giggled. They walked by me as Esther grabbed my hand.

“I love you Jaime” Esther yelled to him, and he smiled. I could tell this pumped him up and I knew this show was going to be their best.

“I love you Victor” I yelled to Vic as he went in last. He flipped his hair and I laughed. I knew his signs and when he flipped his hair that meant he was happy now.

Esther walked me inside and we stood side stage as the guys took the stage. Vic walked by me.

“Oh, here, this fell off of your head when you collapsed.” He said and placed his snapback on my head. I smiled at him. Mike walked on first after hugging and he held his drum sticks high, he smiled as the crowd roared. He loved this moment. Then Jaime walked on after hugging us and he got up on his riser and he held up his bass, Tony followed him on after hugging us and throwing his hat to the side, Tony stepped up on his riser and held up his guitar. Vic kissed me and hugged Esther, he walked out and the crowd was still roaring, Vic smiled out to the crowd and held up his guitar. Normally they never did this, but tonight is different.

“Okay guys, Tonight I want you guys to go freaking nuts! Give us the show of our lives, show us what you have!” Vic said into the mic. “This song is for you guys, about the kids who come here ready to escape their lives and party hard with us, this is your home! Where you belong! I know this is where I belong!” He started singing the words to Hell Above and like always Tony and Jaime were going hard. My eyes shifted to Mike and Mike was having a great time. Doing what he always did. Vic was doing his thing, I was never good at describing what he did, but it was a magical thing to watch.

“This show is the show of their lives” I said to Esther and she smiled.

I was proud of my boys, but I was extremely proud of my Fiancé.
