Chapter 18

Kenzie pov

"Shit" I mumble looking at the clock. It was 2-0 for dolt and there was only 2 minutes left in the game. "Clam down Kenzie." Sophia laughed. "Guys it's 2-0 for Dolt and there's only two minutes left." As I finished my sentence the ref blew the whistle for a corner kick for our team. Before the corner kick he called a water break. "Well why don't you go talk some sense into your man." Brianna said. "Yeah go" Sophia says pushing you down the stairs of the bleachers.

Once I got down to the bottom I took two steps towards him but then turned around and walked towards the school. "Kenzie" Niall said before I could get too far. Shit. I slowly turned around and gave him a smile. "Where are you going?" "Oh- um Sophia and Brianna pushed me down the stairs so that I could talk to you or whatever." "Well I'm over here not over there. What did you wanna talk about?"

Shit how do I start

"2 minutes"  "what?" Niall asked. "A lot can change in just 2 minutes, one minute I was your friend and the next your girlfriend. You could be happy one minutes and sad the next. You could be behind by two and come out as the winner. You can do this. I believe in you. We all believe in you."

Niall gave me a smile and then kissed my lips "now go and kick their asses." I smiled as he walks away.

By the time I got back to my seat the water break was over. Liam did the corner kick and kicked it towards Harry. Harry stopped the ball and passed it over to Louis. Louis moved around some defence and then passed to Niall. Niall shot the ball and ...

"Yes it went in!" I cheered. Most of the audience cheered as the boys on the field had a group hug. I saw Niall look up at me, he smiled and have me a small wave. I gave him a thumbs up and he continued walking to his spot.

Niall got an assist on a goal witch was scored by Harry. It was 2-2 and there was only 30 seconds left.

Players from the other team had the ball and were running towards our net. Zayn stuck his foot out and stole the ball. He rand and passed it to Liam. Liam then passed it up to Louis. Louis passed it to Niall and Niall ran. The captain of the other team kicked Niall's ankle it looked like.

So it was him. It was him that did it to Niall the last time.

I think we all expected Niall to fall to the ground in pain since it was the same ankle and he said that it still was hurting a bit and he still has the ankle brace on but he kept running. I think that the other captain was surprised too. Niall shot the ball and it went in.

The crowd cheered as the whole team gathered in a group hug. The buzzer went and it was officially the end of the game. They won!

Harry and Liam lifted Niall up onto their shoulders and the ref handed Niall the trophy. A smile grew on my face. They set Niall down and I turned to Sophia and Brianna.

"They did it they won!" I said with a smiled. "I know, I was sitting right beside you" Brianna laughed. "3 goals in two minutes how does that even happen!" I said with a smile. "See aren't you glad that you decided to come" Sophia laughed. "I-" I began to say when I was suddenly turned around and someone lips were placed on mine.

I was confused for a second who it was but then I recognized the lips. I'd recognize those lips anywhere.

"Good game baby" I said my lips brushing against his as I spoke. "I like it" he smiled. "What?" "I like when you call me baby" I smiled and kissed his lips again.

I heard Sophia and Brianna awing behind me. I smiled as I pulled back. "Go be with your team." I said with a smile. "Will you come to the celebration party after we're done changing"
