Chapter 10

Cc's POV:

I think I must have woken up Ross because he shot up and said " whats up?' sort of half asleep. " who's standing there with the knife Ross, I'm scared!" I admitted that to him and to myself. " the figure stepped into the room and said " oh my god, I'm sorry Cc, I didn't mean to scare you!" thank god it was only Riker. " I just came up to tell you breakfast was ready." He said it with a cute smile on his face. Ross looked at him with death stares. " what the hell bro?!? You just scared the hell out of my girlfriend!" Ross said it and looked at me with a smile on his face. I looked into his hazel eyes and smiled back. He was so cute in the mornings! He was wearing no shirt and his bed head was out of this world with cuteness! Ross leaned in to kiss me and I kissed him back. I couldn't help but smile into the kiss as I was so happy that we were back on good terms. I broke the kiss and looked over at Riker who had tightened his grip on the knife in his hand and who was no longer smiling. " hurry up" he said in a stern voice. "what's up with him!?" Ross asked me as if I would know the answer " how would I know!" I said it as i was about to get out of bed hoping Ross would do the same. Just as I pulled the covers back and stood up, Ross reached over and pulled me back down. "hey! Nobody does that to me!" I said it emphasising the word 'me'. He sat behind me and put his head on my shoulder with an ear to ear smile. " well miss moody, I just did!" he said sarcastically. I noticed he loosened his grip, so I tried to stand up again, this time succeeding. I tried to run for the door, but before I knew it, Ross had overtook me and ran to the door slamming it shut blocking it with his body. "Hey! Let me out you monster!" Ross stood there and stared at me as if I had just told him the world was going to end. He grabbed my hips and spun us around so I was pinned up against the door. " What did you just call me!?" he said staring into my eyes with an evil smile on his face. I traced my finger around his chest looking down. " I said I love you?" I questioned my own statement and hoped he would let it go. " you're gonna get it!" Ross screamed at me. Before I had any time to react, I was rolling around the floor being tickled by Ross. " OOKkk, I'm sorry!!!!" I screeched out as I flipped us over so I was on top of him. "ok then, in that case, we better get downstairs." Ross said. As I got up, Ross laid there with his arm sticking out as if to say " help me!" so I did, but as I tried to pull him up, he used his weight and pulled me down on top of him." hey, Ross I would play, but something tells me your brother is already annoyed with us, so let's go" he looked at me as if he was a 4 year old boy who just had his candy taken away. " fine, but kiss me." I looked at him. It was my turn to be evil. " not until we've eaten and you brush your teeth!" I said with an evil smile on my face this time. "fine then!" Ross said as he got up with me. He grabbed a shirt and we walked downstairs and went to eat breakfast.

Riker's POV:

Why did Cc give Ross a second chance after what he said to her! Seeing them together makes me want to just scream. Ross doesn't deserve her, she's so perfect. The worst part is, I'm pretty sure Cc knows that I like her more than a friend, but she ignores it. For example, at breakfast, Ross looked at Cc and said " did it hurt?" we all looked at Ross confused. " did what hurt?" Cc looked just as confused as the rest of us. " you know, when you fell from heaven?" Ross smirked at Cc and she smiled back and pulled Ross really close and said " are you tired, because you've been running through my dreams!" she smirked and then smashed her lips up against Ross'. This was pure torture, and I didn't want to see any more so I got up and went to my room. I just wanted to be alone so I grabbed my guitar and started making up some chords and started to sing. " in the back of a taxi cab, one, quick turn you were on my lap ,we, touched hands we pulled them back, I want you bad..." I was just about to continue when there was a knock at my door.

I got up and opened the door to see Cc. " what do you want" I said it in a 'don't want to talk' voice. " hey Riker, why did you leave? Did I say something?" I looked at her and then looked away because I could feel my heart melting. " well actually yeah, it's just you know I have feelings for you, and it's just hard to see you and Ross together that's all" I said the whole sentence quietly. " oh I see." Cc said as she sat down on my bed beside me. We both turned to the side and stared into each others eyes. I couldn't resist any more, so I leaned in. To my surprise, Cc leaned in too. Our lips were about a millimetre away when ...
