Chapter 25

Elsa's POV

I couldn't stop crying after I knew what happened. Anna and my family comforted me. Then the doctor came in.

"She is alright, no major injuries." The doctor said.

"What about Jack?" Anna quickly asked.

"As for the boy, well... He'll need a lot of rest. He sustained a lot of injuries but he is safe now." The doctor replied.

"I, I wanna see him." I quickly sat up, forgetting that I would feel a lot of pain by doing that. "Ahhhh..." I said in pain.

"Ms Elsa, your will need at least one night's rest here." The doctor instructed.

"Ok." I sighed, lying back down.

"Can I spend the night here?" Anna turned to mom and dad.

"Good heavens Anna!" Mom exclaimed. "Are you sure?"

"You think I'm going to leave my sister here like that?!" Anna asked back.

"No, no, Anna, I'll be fine." I said.

"But I want to be here, I want to take care of you!" Anna protested.

"I can take care of myself." I assured.

"No, nope, nope!" Anna shook her head.

The door opened, it was Jack's parents.

"How are you?" Mrs Frost asked.

"I'm ok. How's Jack?" I asked, worried.

"He'll be fine." Mrs Frost said.

Then, my parents went out with Jack's parents. It was just Anna and me now.

"What do you think you were doing in Moon Street?!" Anna asked.

"I didn't want you guys to get worried by coming home so late since I promised to be home at that time, so I took the shortcut." I replied, feeling guilty.

"And I called you how many times?!" Anna exclaimed.

"Phone not with me." I said. "I'm sorry Anna. If I just hadn't done any of this, none of it would have happened, and Jack wouldn't be in this much pain." I tried to hold back my tears.

"Jack will be all right." Anna pulled a smile.

The door burst open, revealing it to be Punzie, Merida, Astrid and Tooth.

"Elsa! You all right?!" Punzie asked.

"I'm fine, I'm fine." I assured.

"Where's the boys?" Anna asked.

"They went to see Jack first." Merida replied.

"You sure you all right?" Merida asked, looking at me.

"I'm all right. I want to see Jack!" I pleaded.

"Elsa, you're gonna need to rest first." Anna said.

"Yes, yes I will." I replied, annoyed.

The boys then came in. Evan came straight and hugged me. It took me by surprise though.

"Are you ok?! No bruises?! No injuries?! Any bones broken?! Are you feeling better?!" A panic Evan asked.

"I'm ok, don't worry." I smiled.

"There you are, how is Jack?" Tooth asked.
"He doesn't look like he's in a very good state." Eugene sighed.

"Nonsense, he'll be fine!" Kristoff shouted.
