Punzie's POV
It is just so AMAZING to see Elsa and Jack in love! I don't give a damn on Elsa saying she isn't in love, I see it all. I don't see what the big deal is of her denying it sometimes. Like, it's sooooo obvious that she's falling for Jack. What a sight it was to see!
And we can all see Jack desperately trying to get Elsa. He's lying with the dare, he really wants Elsa with him.
It's great that they're not hating each other any more, and Jack and Evan are on good terms. So, with all this friendship mended, it's about time Jack and Elsa got into a relationship! They totally belong with each other.
In classes, oh it was just... I can't describe it. I could see Jack trying to flirt with Elsa. But since Elsa doesn't exactly know much on this, she just looked at him weirdly.
We got the news that Jack invited Elsa to hang out, well I'm not sure what he means by hang out, it could be more than that. And that's what we're hoping for! Anna suits for a reporter, she always gets the news first, by hook or by crook.
"Bet if they'll kiss?" Anna started her conversations in the most random way ever. Oh why yes, that's how you start a conversation. Note that sarcasm.
"Huh, I'd rather bet I can finish this sandwich in a minute." Aster scoffed.
"Betting on ridiculous stuff like this?!" Merida exclaimed, stirring her bowl of noodles.
"Oh come on, why not?" Anna asked.
"It is silly, I agree." Evan said. "But the thought of them kissing is like..." He didn't finish, he burst out laughing.
"Where's that couple anyway?" Astrid asked.
"Making out." Anna muttered, trying not to laugh.
I quietly giggled. "That might explain why they're late."
"Spoke too soon." Tooth pointed.
I turned and saw the lovebirds. Boy does Elsa's face look red! I wonder how much she blushed with Jack. Great job Jack, great job. I'm just wondering why they're not walking arm in arm, is that a bit too early to expect? We don't have time to wait!
"Hey." Eugene smiled. "Got caught up?"
"... Kinda." Elsa shrugged. Elsa can conceal her feelings very well, but sometimes, I see through it. Anna on the other hand, sees through her feelings all the time! She's an awesome mind reader.
Elsa is like so obviously trying not to show her crush on Jack too much. But why?! She already knows that Jack loves her, so why doesn't she wanna admit it fully that she loves him back? Sometimes she says yes, sometimes she says no, she's complicated!
"Jack." I whispered, signalling him to come.
He gave me a weird look and came closer. "Yes?"
"I just wanna know on what in the world you did with Elsa. Just, look at her!" I whispered.
"What? Other than her looking like a total tomato, I don't see a problem." Jack replied smoothly. "I asked to hang out, watch a movie or something."
"And...?" I continued. "You definitely must have said a whole lot of stuff! Elsa wouldn't blush that easily."
"I know that, but the weird thing is... I didn't talk to her much after asking to hang out. The teachers wanted the class to hand in the work immediately, I didn't have time. But, I did notice that she glanced at me for a quick moment and turned away, multiple times." Jack explained.
Oooh, I get it. I remember when I first had a crush on Eugene, I would do pretty much the exact thing that Elsa did. Quick glance so that he doesn't notice, but I failed at that multiple times. Ah memories.
So our quiet little conversation ended as I looked back at the rest.
"So Elsa... Any plans later on today?" Astrid asked, grinning.
"I suppose,why?" Elsa asked.
"Never mind, it's not important." Astrid assured. "What are your plans anyway?"
I winked at Astrid, smiling widely. She's trying to probe Elsa, slowly, so she won't notice.
"I uh... It's nothing." Elsa gulped.
I could hear Jack grunting softly. "Is it that awkward to tell that you're gonna hang out with your best friend?!"
"Come on, is it a little secret?" Astrid pressed on.
"No, but it's... You know-"
"How am I supposed to know if you don't tell me?" Astrid cut in.
Anna was secretly making funny faces behind Elsa and I could tell she was trying her best to hold back the urge to laugh.
"I'm hanging out with Jack, no big deal." Elsa finally said it, and sighed.
"You yourself already said it isn't a big deal, so why the big fuss on not telling?" Tooth joined in, secretly nudging Astrid.
"Can we just drop the subject?" Elsa asked.
"That's it, I'm out!" Jack said softly and walked away angrily. Not that temper again, I sighed.
I made an excuse and followed Jack. "Jack, wait up!"
"What?! I thought I knew Elsa well, but aren't we just, best friends?! If she can even think like that for now, I'm happy enough! If the dare's getting too much to her, I'd still rather be her best friend than all this awkwardness!" Jack snapped.
"Calm down there. You also know that this temper of yours was the cause of all this?! If you just hadn't exploded in jealously-"
"I know, I KNOW!" Jack yelled.
"You really need anger management." I sighed. "Now, let's get back to the rest, finish the rest of school, then you can have some quality time with Elsa, all right?" I suggested.
"OK." Jack sighed, walking back with me.
This guy right here, will be difficult to get a girlfriend with this attitude!
