Chapter 16

Whew....finally, done with exams, done with the Christmas parties, done with everything! And now I'm in vacation! Woohoo!!  Yeahh! It's my own holiday for the time  being hehe! And OMG! I'm so happy today guys, thank you for the 1k reads! I didn't know it would reach this so many reads! Hehehehe!

Well it looks like my birthday wish came true! Yesterday was my birthday ! Yay! Lol I'm so happy and hyper!

CHAPTER 16

"You work here?" Chanyeol asked, side-stepping to let Holi enter and he got confused on why the maids bowed to Holi who smiled and bowed back. "Definitely not." He muttered.

"Master Seung Kyu and Mistress Laura are still not home, Mistress Holiday." A maid said.

"It's okay. I'm just going to wait for them for awhile." Holi answered kindly.

"Okay, so you're not just a simple girl here." Chanyeol said and whistled. "Are you Uncle and Aunt's daughter?" He asked suspiciously.

Holi smiled. He figured it out. "Maybe."

"What do you mean by 'maybe'?" Chanyeol asked and Holi just shrugged. "Meh, the Kim's don't have a child, right?" He asked again and Holi shrugged again.

Holi followed Chanyeol inside the house dutifully. It was the third time she entered the house and she still marveled by the beauty of the house. Chanyeol led her in the marvelous hallway that was decorated by beautiful paintings, some are even rare and original works. Statues, real marble statues were also showed in the hallway. She noticed that the house was missing one portrait. It was the family portrait.

She texted her mother that she was in the main mansion and she quickly replied that she was not home. Holi then texted her father and he said that he'll just finish one pile of papers and he will definitely go straight home after. Holi mentally shrug. It looks like she might as well enjoy herself with Chanyeol.

"Anyway, why are you here?"

"I've known Uncle Kyu and Aunt Lau since I was a kid and I used to play here with my sister. We were always welcome here so today, we're here for the barbecue." Chanyeol said and chuckled.

"We?"

"All of EXO are here."

Holi stopped on her tracks. EXO is here? That means....Sehun is here, too. Her heart throbbed. Can she actually face Sehun right now? She was not sure and she was slowly losing her mind. Should she go back home? Should she? But that would make it obvious to Chanyeol.

"Um, Holi? Are you okay?" Her reverie was broken down when Chanyeol's voice entered her mind.

She smiled at him. "I'm okay." And then they continued to walk.

The hallway ended in a massive wooden door but there was two hallways going on the either side. The right, Holi knew that it leads to her parents offices. The left leads to the backyard where they were currently going. Chanyeol turned left and after a few minutes, Holi found herself facing eleven boys.

"Yo Yeol, what took you so--" Luhan stopped on his sentence when he turned and saw Holi.

Everyone stopped whatever they were doing and stared at Chanyeol and the girl. Holi hid behind Chanyeol, feeling shy that the EXO members were staring at her.

"Who's the girl?" Someone asked.

"Oh." Chanyeol pulled Holi from the back gently and smiled at everyone. "This is Holiday Kim, guys. She's a friend, don't worry and I think she's someone special in the house." He introduced.
