CHAPTER 2

It was late afternoon the sun was already setting the room was getting a bit dark. The girl whose name was Holi made him sleep after his fake outburst. Saying he needs more rest and she was right the moment he laid down again on the tiny bed he fell asleep.

Now that he's awake he stood up from the bed and looked around the room. Sehun knew somehow everything he planned was crazy enough to be really happening. He stops in front of the window, an outpouring fresh air blew on Sehun; the kind of air that Sehun have felt for the first time in his life since he lived most of his life in Seoul. The minute Sehun peeked at the window, his mouth gaped open as he enjoys the scenery outside. It was breathtaking the sunset was giving the filed a golden color and the air was comfortably cool. A smile tugged on his lips as the wind blows on him again, blowing away all the stress and tiredness of Sehun out of the window.

Holi heard some movement inside her room. She was in the kitchen cooking dinner that was near her room.

"Maybe he is awake now and hungry?" Holi made a snack earlier when she visited her grandpa while Sehun was sleeping she kept some for Sehun if woke up. She told her grandpa what happened about the boy losing his memory. Her grandpa decided that he can stay for the night and they will sort out things the next day.

She opened the door slowly to find Sehun not in bed but at the window. The clothes of her grandfather looked a little baggy for him but he looked totally adorable with that smile he has while enjoying the air.

"Enjoying?" Holi asked which startled Sehun who spun on his heels to see her.

"Um, I think so." He answered.

Holi smiled, "That's alright." She headed to the table and placed the tray on it. "I bet you're hungry?" Holi raised a sandwich towards him.

"Thanks Holi." Sehun accepted the food and ate. "Wow this is good."

Holi smiled inwardly when she heard her name coming from Sehun and he was nice enough to compliment the food. She was worried at first that Sehun will go under another panic attack, like earlier but he seemed ok.

"So, can you remember anything now?"

"I, um—"

Holi cut him off by saying, "It's ok it must be hard."

Sehun felt a streak of guilt struck him, "I'm sorry."

"Hey hey, don't apologize. It's not your fault." Holi strode towards him and patted his shoulder with a smile. Sehun sighed before looking at her as well, it was definitely hard to lie to such a nice girl like Holi.

"My grandpa said you can stay for the night and tomorrow we can start looking for help." She added and places an apple on Sehun's hand.

Sehun headed back to the bed shyly taking the apple and took a mouthful bite. Holi sat down beside him, a respectable space between them, and then silence engulfed them. The only thing that can be heard is the noise outside and Sehun biting on the apple.

"Holi?" Sehun suddenly asked.

"Hmm?"

"How long have you been in this place?" He asked as he bites another part of the apple.

"I've been here since I was born." She answered in a velvet voice.

"Do you like it here?"

"Yes." She answered before standing up. "And you will like it here too. Maybe you like it too much that you won't be able to leave. "She joked.
