"Carrie..." I herd the soft voice of my mother say the second I moved in the very uncomfortable bed I was lying in. "You're awake." She smiled squeezing my hand softly as I looked around the grey-walled room. It was a hospital room. What the hell was I doing in the hospital?
"Mom... Where am I? Why am here?" I questioned slowly sitting up.
"Oh good you're awake." A tall blond entered the room me automatically assumed he was my doctor.
"Wait what am I doing here?" I asked completely confused.
"What's the last thing you remember Carrie?" The man asked looking at me seriously.
"Playing my show in Toronto... My Carnival Ride tour." I answered causing my mother to sigh. What is going on? Why are they asking what I remember I don't understand.
yMy doctors and my parents explained to me that my car was hit by a drunk driver and that I have Amnesia. Apparently I am married. To Mike. I just met him. I haven't seen him yet. My mom said that he was here, in the waiting room.
"Mom..." I took I a deep breath breaking the silence between my mother, my father, Ivey and myself. "Why doesn't Mike come in?" I questioned causing her to smile softly."Sweetie. He is just worried. Mostly that you'll feel uncomfortable." My mom said taking ahold of my hand causing me to glance down at my wedding ring. I am really married. To Mike. He really seemed like a great guy, and he was really nice but... I married him.
"Can you ask him to come in?" I questioned causing her to stand up nodding her head before walking out. "Can you guys give us some privacy?" I asked causing everyone to exit the room.
"Hi." I smiled once Mike entered the blan hospital room those gorgeous blue eyes melting my heart like they did the first time I met him.
"Hey." He smiled widely sitting in a chair that was on the other side of the room. "I um... I brought some pictures if you want to see them." Mike said gesturing to the black and white box sitting beside him.
"Course. Thank you. Come show them to me." I smiled causing the smile to reappear on his face as he stood up sitting on the side of the bed opening the box.
"This is the picture-"
"From our meet and greet!" I finished his sentence giggling. "Oh what is this from?" I asked curiously as I picked up a picture of Mike and I laying in a hammock together.
