"A VA file number is all the info you have on the bomber?" Cisco asks. "C.C.P.D.'s been ordered off the case." Barry says and I nod walking up next to him. "Well, who has the power to do that?" Caitlin asks looking confused. "The Army." I respond and Barry purses his lips and nods. "Yeah, some general. His name was Eiling, I think." Barry says and I nod. I look down at my shoes and think of why the general would want to have a metahuman in their army. "General Wade Eiling." Dr. Wells says and me and Barry look at him in confusion. "You know him?" me and Barry ask at the same time. "Yeah, I know him. About 10 years ago General Wade Eiling contracted S.T.A.R. Labs to develop enhanced gene therapies for soldiers. I was interested in the potential medical benefits for civilians. General Eiling really wanted to develop mind-reading capabilities for interrogation purposes. I stopped the study when I saw his techniques up close, but our split was less than amicable." Dr. Wells says.

"He took all the evidence I collected on the bombing. Everything but the folder." Barry says handing Dr. Wells the folder. Dr. Wells takes the folder and examines it carefully. "Well, lucky for us, the VA finally joined the new millennium and digitized their records." Cisco says and he types on the computer. "A lot of redacted info but our girl's name is Bette Sans Souci, an EOD specialist from the Army." Cisco says and I look at him confused. "EOD?" I ask him in confusion and look at the computer monitor. "Bombs." he replies and me and Caitlin nod. "Is there an address?" Barry asks Cisco looking at Bette's information. "Hold on. Here we go. One person in case of emergency: Cameron Scott, Anglewood." Cisco says and we all look at Barry and he looks at his suit. He speeds out and tries to find Bette Sans Souci. Soon the monitor beeps and I look over to Cisco worriedly.

"What happened?" I ask him.

"I don't have a reading on Barry." he says.

"Barry, can you hear me? Barry?" Cisco calls Barry on his earpiece but he doesn't answer.

"Don't worry, Tori. There must be a perfectly reasonable explanation for why he's not answering," Caitlin says but I still worry.

I go up to the microphone that connects to his earpiece and yell, "Barry!". Soon a gust of wind hits us and I turn and see Barry shirtless. "Uh..." Caitlin asks but I just smile and blush. "Don't ask." he says as he puts a shirt on and I just laugh and wrap my arms around his neck. "I don't care you look cute no matter what." I say and he laughs. "I'm gonna ask. Where's my suit?" Cisco asks him with a straight face. "It's gone." Barry says and I look at him in confusion. "What do you mean, it's gone?" Cisco asks and I nod. "How is it gone?" I ask crossing my arms and his hands go in his pockets. "What did you do to my suit?" Cisco asks angrily and I look at him weirdly. "It blew up, dude" Barry says quickly and I widen my eyes and look at him. "I managed to get it off before it went kaboom." Barry says again and I grab his hand. "My suit went kaboom?" Cisco asks with eyebrows raised.

"Fun fact about Bette Sans Souci: she's not carrying bombs. She touched the emblem on the suit and turned into a bomb. She's a metahuman" Barry says.

"With the ability to cause spontaneous combustion upon tactile contact." Dr. Wells says as he wheels into the lab.

"She blew up my suit." Cisco complains and I roll my eyes.

"You have like three more." Caitlin says and I quietly laugh.

"Okay, I have two. And I loved that one." he says and I roll my eyes again.

"Alright, what else do we know about her?" Barry asks them.

"Oh, I don't know, she's pure evil? We're gonna find this girl and send her butt into the pipeline. No one blows my tech to smithereens and gets away with it." Cisco says angrily as he types.
