I'll Be There in a Flash

We look at the pictures from last night and see Cisco getting into the car with Snart's sister. "The license plate is iced over." Dr. Wells says and Barry hits the desk and I look at him. "Tori, can we have the room alone?" Dr. Wells says and I nod. I leave the cortex, but hide behind the wall to eavesdrop. "Alright, Dr. Wells, you were right." Barry says and I raise my eyebrow in confusion. "I screwed with time, now time is screwing with me. Cold is back, he kidnapped Cisco, and Tori-" Barry starts to say but Dr. Wells stops him from talking. "Stop before you cause another disruption to the timeline." Dr. Wells says and I cross my arms and listen.

"Please, Dr. Wells. Please I have to talk to someone." Barry begs and I wondered what he meant.

"Go ahead." Dr. Wells says.

"In the previous version of today, Captain Singh is seriously injured, Joe is in danger, and Tori and I kissed and got back together." I widen my eyes and cover my mouth from releasing a gasp.

"And now Cisco's life is on the line and Tori has no idea that you both kissed and got back together." I move my hand from my mouth to my heart.

"But she still loves me, right?"

"The unconscious mind, Barry, is a powerful thing. It sounds like... it took this apparent disaster to jar those feelings loose and that's why Tori kissed you. And without that disaster, those feelings remain deeper down." Dr. Wells says and I shake my head.

"Un-accessed."

"I don't understand. I thought that I was helping people by stopping Mardon."

"Yes, but this new ability of yours, Barry, is a dangerous thing. You only traveled back in time one day. What if you traveled back decades? Centuries? Imagine the havoc you could wreak."

"But I will have the opportunity... to travel back in time in the near future and save my mom."

I decided that I didn't want to listen to this anymore, so I walk away trying not to make any noise. Me and Barry got back together in a previous version of today? He traveled back one day? I don't know what's happening right now, but I do know one thing. I wanna be with Barry again. Caitlin sees me and I put on a smile to hide what I was feeling. We walk back in the cortex and Caitlin asks if we found Cisco. "Snart has him." I say to her and her eyes widen in shock and I look at Barry and he looks at me. I look away not wanting to stare at him feeling that if I stare at him I'd just want to run up to him and kiss him. Caitlin and Dr. Wells search for where Snart and his sister might be hiding. "There's nothing on the satellite thermography." Caitlin says and I look down. "You were right. This is all my fault." Barry says and I look at him sincerely. "How is this your fault?" Caitlin asks and I shake my head at him. "Brave heart, Barry. We'll get Cisco back." Dr. Wells says.

"I'm back." I hear Cisco's voice in the back and I widen my eyes and run to him embracing him in a hug.

"Oh my God. Are you ok? We were so worried. Did Snart do anything to you?" I ask pulling away from him and moving a piece of hair out of my face.

"What happened?" Barry asks.

"How did you escape?" Dr. Wells asks and I wondered the same thing.

"I didn't." he says and I look at him confusingly.

"Snart just let you go. Why?" I ask.

"He, um, tortured my brother. And he said he was gonna kill him if I didn't... if I didn't tell him..." he fades off and has a frown on his face.

"Tell him what?" Caitlin asks.

"Who the Flash and Hummingbird really are." he looks at us.

"I- Honestly, man, they could've killed me, but they were gonna kill my brother. I couldn't let him do that."
