I'll Be There in a Flash

After rehearsal's with Jake again, Barry picked me up and I came to S.T.A.R. Labs for further tests. Since the whole incident with Farooq and me using my powers in combat, Caitlin wanted to see how they were holding up. Barry was out on duty and Cisco was helping him while me and Caitlin did tests. "Barry, bank robbery in progress at Cunningham and Sampere." Cisco says and me and Caitlin walk out and hear what he said. "Wait, that's where I bank." Caitlin says and I widen my eyes. "Once superthieves showed up, I went mattress." Cisco says and I chuckle. "Seriously? I never knew that was a possibility." I say and Cisco nods. Barry comes back and changes into his regular clothes. "The guy got away. When I got there everyone was fighting each other." Barry says and I look at him confusingly. "How could that happen?" I ask and Barry shrugs. "I don't know, but all I know right now is that I have to get to work. I'll see you later." he says and kisses me. "Bar, I'm coming with you." I say and he rolls his eyes and nods.

I hop on Barry's back and we head to the precinct first, get his evidence satchel, then head to the bank. When we got to the bank, I looked around and see that everything looked completely obliterated. It was a mess everywhere. Broken glass and the vault where the money was held was still open. I didn't really listen to what Joe and Barry were saying, all I knew is that this was disastrous. "In the meantime any idea what could've caused such mass... this?" Joe asks motioning around. "A neurotoxin, maybe? I'm gonna swab some surfaces, see what I can find but I think maybe they got whammied." Barry says and I look at him in confusion. "Did you just say "whammied"?" Joe asks and we look at a woman and Eddie walking toward us. "I got so angry. I can't believe I did that. I would never hurt anybody. You have to believe me" the woman says and Eddie does. Barry looks back at Joe and so do I and we know that this means bad news.

We go to the precinct and me and Barry wait outside of the captain's office looking at Eddie, Joe, and Capt. Singh argue. "Hey, what's going on in there?" Iris asks walking up behind us. "I think Eddie's trying to convince the captain that the Flash is a public menace." Barry says and I nod. "Excuse me?" Iris asks sounding pretty pissed that her own boyfriend is doing that and both me and Barry shrug. We see Iris start to argue with Eddie and I knew that this was gonna be bad. "Come on." Barry says pulling me with him and he sits on the chair and I sit on the desk. "Thanks, Barry." Eddie says and Barry looks up at them. "Sorry." Barry says and I grab his hand. "No worries. The captain shot me down." Eddie says putting his hands on his hips and getting ready for Iris to yell at him. "Look, I'm not feeling like lunch. See you later." Eddie says dodging a bullet and walks away from Iris.

I look at Eddie walk away and I can't believe he actually did that to her. "He's just jealous." Iris says and I look at her. "Of the Flash?" I ask her and she nods. "Should he be?" Barry asks and I cross my arms. "No. I'll see you guys later." she says and walks off. "Barry, you need to get to S.T.A.R. Labs." Joe says. "Yeah, I will, after I eat." Barry says and looks at me then at the burger on Capt. Singh's desk. "Barry, don't you dare." I say to him and he speeds off and takes the burger. I hop off the desk and walk with him and slap the back of his head. "Ow. What was that for?" he asks with his mouth full of burger. "For taking the captain's lunch. You couldn't have gotten your own food?" I ask and he shrugs.

When we walk into the lab, I sit at the computer and just sit there listening to Dr. Wells. "Anger. Hate. Aggression." Dr. Wells says rolling out of the room. "A Jedi craves not these things." Cisco says in a Yoda voice and I quietly laugh. "No one is feeling that quote?" Cisco asks in his normal voice and I calm down. "Everyone in the bank went total savage for like five minutes. And then they were fine again." Barry says and I nod remembering how the crime scene looked. Dr. Wells says that anger can be a powerful emotion and I believe that. Anger can top all of your other emotions no matter what the problem. "Detective West helped me get a copy of the CAT scans the hospital did on everyone at the bank. Take a look." Caitlin says and we look at the TV monitors.
