Sorry for the VERY LATE UPDATE. Writer's block. Ugh. Readers? You still there? Is there anyone who's still supporting my story?
I dedicate this chapter to charming_af :) thanks for the support and for the really inspiring messages :)

They can imitate you, but they can't duplicate you.
Cause you've got something special that makes me wanna taste you.
"I want it all day long, I'm addicted like it's wrong. I want it all day lo- hey Ivory am I singing it correctly?" Violet asked me.
She texted me that we were going to shop for new clothes. She's a big spender. I told her I don't have enough money but she insisted and told me it's all on her. So, there she was, in my room singing Dessert. She was waiting for me to get changed.
"Why don't you help me find an outfit for today?" I changed the topic.
"Just wear something simple, Ivory! We're just going to the mall."
I don't really 'dress to impress', I don't know what has gotten into me. Maybe I was just hoping if I could see Alex there.
Ugh. What is he doing to me all these years? I've liked him since the day I was born (maybe that's exaggerated), but I've never liked him, like this! I mean, ever since we started conversing, I liked him even more.
PLUS, going to the mall distracts me from Sebastian. I'm not really sure if he was the one sending me notes but just from the acronym, deep down in my gut I really think it's him.
I shouldn't really be thinking about him right now.
I decided to wear a yellow summer dress paired with beige doll shoes. I didn't bother applying makeup, I just put on foundation and I was ready to go.
To the mall we go!
The ride to the mall was fun. Violet and I were singing our hearts out to Taylor Swift's Out of the Woods. I loved the song and its music video. They said the song was dedicated to Harry Styles, at least that's what I've heard.

An hour and a half passed later. We already got two shopping bags each; all of which contain new jeans, tops, sweaters, and dresses. Violet told me to buy some more but I refused. This was more than enough.
We decided to eat lunch first at Max's. Their fried chicken was the best. I could eat thousands of them!
As we entered the restaurant (it was what we call this place because their food is expensive, yet totally worth it), we were welcomed by a waiter who led us to our table. He then gave us the menu right after we sat down. We then told the waiter, who was just patiently standing, our orders then he bid his thank you's and left.
Our ordered meals would take approximately 10-20 minutes so Violet and I were just checking our social media accounts to kill the time. Yes, they had free Wifi.
Snapchat
Wait... Snapchat? Scratch that. I don't even know how to use Snapchat. Heh. I know, I know, I'm dumb. Psh.
I put my phone down and watched Violet as she bursted out laughing because of some vine she watched. Seriously, she watched that for countless times and she still laughed like she just saw it. She never got tired of it.
I checked my Facebook app again to see what's updated. There I saw a new post from Alex.
It was a picture of him with two other boys with the caption, "Chillin' at the coolest restaurant with ma bros!"
He was wearing his genuine smile as his friends, too did the same. I noticed that the background was similar to this restaurant. He must have been here yesterday but just posted this today. I took a good look from the background and WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ME?!
"What's wrong with you?" Violet asked all of a sudden. I must have said that out loud without realizing it.
I looked at the person behind Alex in his photo again. I really knew that it was me seeing that I was wearing this dress. I slowly turned around and there he was. How come I haven't noticed him when we entered the restaurant? Ugh.
Alex.
He was staring at his phone peculiarly as if he saw a ghost. He then instantly looked up and gained eye-contact with me.
Oh no. What should I do?
He's smiling... at me. God, that smile.
"Ivory, seriously. What hap- oh. It's Alex." She said with a teasing tone.
He stood up from his chair and approached us. "Hey, ladies." He said and gave his well-known smirk.
"Hi!" Violet replied enthusiastically. Well, too enthusiastically.
He seemed a little weirded out but he didn't make it obvious. "Hi, uhhh."
"Violet."
"Oh, right! Violet Edwards, right? Sorry." he replied sheepishly with an apologetic smile.
Violet chuckled and said, "Nah, it's alright. I get that a lot."
Okay. I was feeling a little left out so I cleared my throat. Alex's eyes landed on mine and that instantly made my heart melt.
"So, want to join us? Our table is available for two more."
What do you think? Share your thoughts. :)
