It was already a week after I pulled a crazy stunt over my crazier roommates. A day after that, they insisted to walk me to my first class just to get a glimpse over Luke and Jake.
We –- they pulled me for like ten minutes – stalled so by the time we got to my room the boys were already there.
They were seating next to each other but there was a vacant seat between Toni and Luke. Guess who's going to sit in there?
Unlucky me! Yay.
For me, I feel cursed.
For my roommates, they think I'm so loved by the Lord that He'd given me the opportunity to sit between those 'stunning' creatures. Well those were my roommates' words, not mine. Honestly for me, they don't look that bad. Heck, they really are attractive but hell they really were. Atleast for me.
Riz and Ynna honestly resembled those little children who had been given their first chocolate ever. The moment they saw their crushes, their eyes twinkled while mine rolled.
Riz' familiar omg's echoed the hall.
Riz was on my right side while Ynna was on my left. They were holding – no, scratch that, they were gripping my arms so tight.
"Can you let go now, guys?" I asked, bored.
"You're one lucky bitch to have a seat with them." Ynna squealed.
"Oh trust me, they're so annoying I'd even come to a point where I deeply wished to cut Luke's limbs and feed them to lions." I snapped.
Speaking of the devil, as if on cue, Luke's head turned to our direction outside the door and waved. The other boys noticed him and did the same thing.
The whole class was looking between me sandwiched my two fangirling roommates and the boys who were waving at us.
Great.
The last thing I need is the whole class' attention.
I was seriously wondering if Ynna and Riz has somehow descended from a family tree of leeches. They gripped so hard I felt my arms go numb.
"Guys, you're blocking the blood flow in my arms." I said, mock-whispering at them.
They both looked at my arms and broke their grips on it. They probably noticed how my arms looked like they belonged to a corpse. They bid goodbye's and giggled their way out of the building.
I sat down at my seat – yes the seat between Toni and Luke – and they gave me these bemused look.
"What?" I asked them poker faced.
"Were those two your roommates?" Brian asked.
"Yeah."
"They're kind of cute." Jake said.
"Yeah you could say that. Also adding the fact that one of them has a crush on you," I told Jake who smirked, "and one of them in you." I turned and pointed at Luke who seemed amused.
"So I managed to have smitten a heart of one of your roommates but not yours?" He grinned.
I rolled my eyes.
"Stop dreaming bro. She doesn't like you because she obviously likes me." Toni winked.
What the heck?
Luke playfully punched Toni in the shoulders which meant he leaned closer to me and I pushed him away after he gave Toni his bone breaking punch.
"Aww, protective much?" Toni smiled.
"Oh snap out of it guys. It's me who she really likes." Sean said. He rarely speaks, but when he does, it shakes the devils out of his friends.
"Why, thank you Sean! You've just earned yourself a slap from me after the class." I mocked him.
"Why is it that you always offer a slap and not a kiss?" Luke asked.
Toni's head shot straight up while laughing, "I consider myself lucky as to have been kissed by he—" I clumped a ball of paper the size of my fist in his mouth.
His words made the boys wonder and me cutting him arose more suspicions.
"You already made out?!" Jake said, his voice a mixture of curiosity and glee.
"No th--"
"How come you guys never told us?" Brian asked, "we feel really betrayed."
Sean nodded before saying, "are you guys already dating?"
While Toni choked the paper out of his mouth, I choked on my own saliva.
"How did you come with that conclusion?!" I snapped.
"Wait, are you guilty?" Luke asked.
"No I'm not. Whatever you guys are thinking, nasty or not, that's not true." I clarified.
"Ooh. Why so defensive? Don't you want to date me?" Toni asked.
My eyes went big but before I could even throw them nasty remarks, Mr. Lukas went in and started his lecture.
"There are countless girls who would kill just to go out a date with me." Toni whispered.
"Unfortunately for you, I'm not them." I whispered back.
An hour of whispering at mocking at the back of the class, Mr. Lukas finally dismissed us.
"Honestly we didn't know you're going too fast." Brian mocked me.
Toni doesn't seem to be bothered though, he's more likely enjoying this.
"So tell us about the kiss!" Jake said, louder than he intended to.
"I tol-."
"Was it good?" Sean intrigued.
"It's n--."
"Where'd you guys do it?" Brian asked.
"I hope you guys used protection." Jake said before laughing.
"What? Jake? Are you out of your mind! It was just a kiss! And for my donut's sake it's just a kiss in the cheeks!" I said, catching my breath.
Before any of them could answer I held out my hands on the air and said, "and for the record, I didn't kiss him. He kissed me."
A moment of silence the uproar in 3, 2, 1.
They all laughed and patted Toni in the back while muttering "weak", "douche" and many compliments more. Yeah compliments, because Toni seemed to enjoy being teased. Seriously, Jake was even crouched on the floor laughing.
"Ugh. I'm gonna be late because of you guys." I told them.
"The next time he kisses you in the cheeks, we'll make sure to cut his tongue. Come on man, it's there for a reason!" Luke mocked him.
"Oh shut up." Was all I muttered as we separate ways for our next class.
Oh gosh. I really am enjoying their company aren't I?
Still I feel something that says I will fuck things up.
