Chapter Twenty Four
*2 Days Later*
Cecilia's POV

Tears streamed down my face as I tugged my hardest at the chain on my ankle trying to break free.

"Let me out!" I scream.

"Please let me out" I sob.

"Not until you listen and do as I say"

I sigh in defeat.

I fucking fought for so long and I'm to hungry and tired to fight anymore.

I give up.

"Mummy I'm sorry please let me out" I say wiping my tears.

'Mummy' unlocks the door and walks in, she unlocks the chain on my ankle.

"Come on get up" she says.

I blink faster trying to clear my
vision as it begins to get blurry.

"May? Sweetie?" Mum calls.

Everything fades to black and I feel myself fall over.

*2 Hours Later*

I slowly open my eyes and am greeted by my "mum" and a man.

"May, this is Parker" she smiles.

"Be nice to him and he wont hurt you" She smiles.

"I hate you" I spite.

My cheek burns and tears fill my eyes.

"Parker! What the hell. She's just a little girl!" a blonde lady
says as she pulls Parker out of the room.

"Now that wasn't very nice"

"I want to go home" I cry.

"Daddy" I sob.

"Mummy is going to bring Daddy here so we can be together as a family" Mum says.

"But not for a long time"

I want my daddy and my real mummy, Ashlyn.

"May it's time for your treatment" Mum says and she wheels in a machine, a nurse following her.

(A/N: Sorry for a biggish time skip, an even bigger time skip is coming up later in the book)
*1 Month Later*
Calum's POV

I walk off stage and put my bass away.

"Calum" Luke calls.

"Calum please, stop pushing us away" he says.

"Fuck off"

My phone rings and I quickly answer it.

"Hello?"

"D-Daddy?"

"Cecilia!?" I gasp.

"Daddy I'm okay" she says.

"Oh my god. Where are you!?" I ask quickly.

"I don't know. Is aunt Chloe okay?" she asks.

"Yes...why?" I reply.

"Because Parker ran away from jail and he told me he is going to get her back tonight"

"Shit" I gasp.

I turn to Luke.

"Call Chloe now. Parker escaped from jail he's going after her tonight" I say.

Chloe's POV

My phone rings and I answer it.

"Hello?"

"Chloe baby! Oh my god. Where are you!?" Luke says quickly.

"I just got home from seeing Nova at the hospital, why? What's going on?" I ask.

"Parker escaped from prison he's coming for you" Luke says.

The buzzer to our apartment goes off signalling someone is outside the building and they want to come in.

Usually I would just hit the button allowing them up without even checking to see who it is.

I hit the button turning on the mic.

"Chloe baby it's me. Let me in" Parker says into the speaker.

"Oh my god. No, no, no" I panic.

"Baby whats wrong?" Luke asks quickly.

"He's buzzing our apartment" I whisper. 

"Fuck. Okay get the babies and go to the neighbours" Luke says.

"Okay, I'll call you back" I breath.

"I love you" Luke says.

"I love you too Luke" I reply hanging up.

I slip my phone into my back pocket.

"Chloe I know you're home, you just got back from the hospital" Parker says.

"Let me in. I'll buzz someone else to let me in. Last chance" Parker says.

I quickly leave my apartment yelling at the dogs to come on, I quickly lock the door behind me.

I get into the elevator, the dogs following me and go down one floor to the neighbours apartment.

I quickly knock on their door.

Sarah opens the door.

"Hey Chloe whats wrong?" she asks.

"Can I come in please, like now, someones trying to kidnap me" I say quickly.

Sarah nods and lets me and the dogs in closing and locking her door.

"I'll go call the police" Sarah says and hands me a blanket before she heads into the kitchen.
