Hi! I am Colleen Mae Ballinger and I live in a world where I can't date a boy because I'm a girl. It is considered a sin and it is disgusting to other people. My dads have always told me if they catch me with a boy I will be in the most trouble and they wouldn't ever look at me the same way. I love my fathers so I would never disobey them. I hang around with boys more because I rather be friends with boys and date girls then always be with girls all the time. I go to a high school in Santa Barbara and I have two best friends. Mia and Shane. Mia is a family friend and we've known each other since we're in diapers. She is always there for me but I can never see myself date her. Plus she's in a relationship of 2 years and she loves her. Her name is Cierra and she is really funny and nice. Shane has been by my side since 3rd grade. My fathers actually like him but that's because they know we don't like each other. He doesn't have meany friends and neither do I so we have each other. I've dated one girl a few years ago. Her name was Carly, we liked each other and went out for a year and a half. She moved across that state so we tried doing long distance for a while but it never would have worked out. I really did like her a lot but it seems like everyone that I love I can't be with them.

Hey. My name is Joshua David Evans and in my world if you are a boy, like me, you cannot date a girl. It's disgusting and not right. My moms honestly don't feel right the way it is but we have to live with it. I am in love with the idea of love and all love. I don't  think that the way it is now is right. If you are a girl and you're in love with a boy you shouldn't hide it just because it disturbs other people. You should be with who you want to be with. But I have to follow the rules.
