I'm Sorry Joshua

*Joshua's pov*
I see Colleen walking towards me in the woods. I smile at her and run to hug her. I pick her up off the ground and spin her in a circle. Her arms are tightly around my neck hugging me back, but it isn't her normal hug somethings wrong. I kiss her neck to try and cheer her up. I put her down and she looks me in the eye, kind of like she wants to tell me something. But before I can ask anything her lips crash into mine. I don't resist I kiss back. But then again her kiss is different and not in a good way. I just move on and think positive because at least she kissed me. We walk in the woods for a little and Colleen is very quiet. I don't think I like it anymore. I stop in our steps and step in front of her so we can talk. "Okay Colleen what's going on?" I asks. "What are you talking about?" she says looking down at our feet. "Sweet heart, if you want me to believe you you're going to have to look me in the eyes." I say using my finger to lift up her chin. She looks up at me looking sad. "Tell me please." I plead getting tears in my eyes. "Promise you won't get mad" she starts off. oh no. "Colleen I can't promise anything." I tell her trying to not scare her off. "okay well, I might have told someone" she says with one single tear going down her cheek. I wipe the tear off of her face telling her to continue. "about us" she adds. I give her a shocked look. "Colleen.... why?" I say full on crying now. "I told the librarian because before you and Shane and Mia she was the only person I could tell everything to. And I don't know what to do anymore Josh. I want to be with you, but I-i just can't." she is full on sobbing now as am I. I am speechless. "C-Colleen. wh-what are you saying?" I ask and grab her hand hoping it's not what I think. "I'm sorry Joshua." she says letting go of my hand and walking in the opposite direction.
