Chapter 34
Abigail's Pov
"Mom? I'm ready!"
She squealed,"Let me see!"
I giggled and left the bathroom. She was waiting right outside. Her eyes watered as soon as she saw me.
"Abby, you look beautiful."
I smiled. My hair was in a bun and loose curls framed my face. I didn't have much makeup, just enough to make my eyes stand out.
"Thanks momma."
"Come on Beau's downstairs already."
My smile widened,"Let's go."
We walked downstairs and I saw Beau talking to my dad. I grinned when I took in his appearance. He wore a tuxedo with a peach tie. He looked really good. He still hadn't noticed me, neither had my dad, but I saw his eyes widen when he did. My dad's lack of speech made Beau turn around. His expression mirrored my dads.
"Abby you you look amazing," he said.
I blushed,"Thank you."
My dad smiled at me and pulled me into his arms,"You look beautiful baby."
"Thanks dad," a tear rolled down his cheek and I wiped it away.
He pulled away, and Beau gathered me in his arms.
I giggled,"Taking advantage I see."
"You already know."
"Beau, Abby time to take pictures," my mom said.
We both groaned, but followed her anyway.

"One more!"
"Mom! We're going to be late!"
She laughed,"Fine, go already."
We sighed in relief. I hugged both my parents and left. We got in the car, and Beau started driving.
"I bet your going to be the most beautiful girl there," he said.
I smiled,"You exaggerate to much."
"I'm serious! No one can compare to you Abby."
I blushed,"You're amazing."
"You more baby."
I couldn't help the cheesy grin that appeared on my lips. He was so sweet. He parked outside of the fancy hotel where we were having the prom.
"Before we go inside, I want to give you something," he said.
"Err okay."
"Close your eyes."
I obeyed and I felt something being pressed against my hands. I opened my eyes. I smiled when I saw the small teddy bear in my hands. It had a small heart in his hands that said "Abigail and Beau" in cursive letters.
I looked up at him,"You're so cheesy sometimes."
He winked at me,"Only for you."
I laughed and got out of the car. He came beside me and held my hand, interwining our fingers.
"Have I told you how lucky I am to have you?"
I smiled,"I love you Teddy."
He groaned,"I love you too, but do you have to call me Teddy?"
"Yes, it's your nickname from me!"
"Ugh, fine. Just cause it's you."
I laughed,"Come on let's go inside."
