Epilogue

Abigail's Pov

Two years later

"Are you sure Abby?"

"Yes, I'm sure."

"Positive?"

I gave him a flat look,"We're going to be late to the party."

He laughed,"I just don't feel like going. Tomorrow I'm leaving and I want to spend my time with you. Alone."

I sighed,"I know, but we have to go. Our friends want you to have fun."

He wrapped his arms around me,"It'd be better to be here with you."

"I know, but they're your friends."

He sighed,"I'm scared to leave you. I really don't want to go back to college."

"I don't want you to either."

"I'll call you everyday though, and we can video chat whenever you can."

I smiled,"I'll always have time for you."

"Abby?"

I looked up at him,"Yeah?"

"Promise to take care of yourself, okay?"

I nodded my head. I guess I did understand him. Even after two years, he was still scared for me. I had to agree, sometimes I was scared too. It had been a horrible few months for everyone, but now I was fine. I had two surgeries after the first one, and I was completely cancer free.

"I promise."

He smiled at me,"You're amazing you know that?"

I giggled,"Of course. You are too."

"Not as much as you."

"Stop arguing with me."

He laughed and kissed my nose,"I love you Abby."

My heart melted and I smiled,"I love you too."

"I hate that I'm leaving you."

"I'll be fine."

He sighed,"I know, but I'm scared of losing you."

"You're not going to lose me though. I'll always be with you. Always."

He stayed quiet and I looked up to see him with his eyes closed.

"I have to give you something," I said.

He opened his eyes and stared at me,"What is it?"

"Close your eyes."

"That's so cliche."

I laughed,"Shut up and close your eyes."

"What if I don't want too?"

"Then you won't see what I got you."

"What if I make you?"

"Just close your eyes."

He pouted,"Fine."

After he closed his eyes, I reached into my back pocket and pulled out a small charm.

"Hold out your hand."

"This is so weird. The guy usually does this."

"Beau you're ruining the moment."

He laughed and held out his hand. I placed the little charm in his palm and told him to open his eyes.

He stared at for a while and I stood there nervously, waiting for him to say something. He looked at me, a grin playing on his pink lips. I yelped when he pulled me into a hug.
