Chapter 3
ABIGAIL'S POV
I walked through the halls of my high school with Willa and Shane on either side of me. I was wearing pink skinny jeans and a pale blue blouse and my blue vans. Willa and Shane were arguing about Easter bunnies.
"Well if a rabbit can't lay eggs, how do you explain that it brings the eggs!" Willa yelled at Shane.
"Because they don't lay eggs! They're friends with the chicken who gives them the eggs!" He roared.
"Whatever! He might as well be a chicken under disguise!" She shot back.
"Wait that's a good point."
She had a smug look on her face," Haha! You see. I am always right," she said flipping her blonde hair over her shoulder. I giggled. They had the stupidest arguments.
"Shoot you guys! I have to do announcements today!" Willa yelled and ran toward the office.
I sighed and opened my locker getting out my Biology text book and folder. Shane was in the same class so we walked together. We sat down in our regular seats waiting for Mr.Walrus to come in. The announcements came on and I heard Willa's voice.
"Hello students of Westfield High School. Welcome back and good morning. I would like to telll you guys that our team won their game on Friday! Yay! Shout out to all the football boys. Anyways there will be meetings for the Spanish and FBLA Clubs today after school. Anyways quick question you guys. Bunnies don't lay eggs, so how do they give them out for Easter? I have an answer! A chicken is dressed as a bunny and it gives out the eggs! Take that Shane Walters. Anyways have a good morning and be good! Thank you."
I giggled. That's why I loved my bestfriend. She was always the highlight of my days with her silliness. Our teacher put our assignment on the board and I finished it within minutes. I was an A+ student. I sighed and looked around the room and saw this girl staring at me. She was a blonde with too much make up and orange skin. I rolled my eyes and her face reddened in anger. I smiled. If she picked up a fight with me, I knew I'd get her. I was one of the best kick boxing students in the state. As I assumed would happen the blonde marched her way to my desk and I recongnized her as the chick who was all over my brother.
"I heard you were talking about me," she said in a high pitched voice.
I laughed," What did I say? That you're a fake blonde with no self respect? Yep, that's sounds like something I would say."
She got angrier,"You stupid bi-"
"I would advise you not to finish that sentence," I told her darkly.
"Or what?"
"I'll easily beat you to a pulp, and you're pretty face won't be so pretty anymore."
My answer caught her by surprise, but she raised her hand as if to slap me. The whole class was staring at us and so was the teacher. I easily grabbed her hand and stood up.
"Don't touch me," I said and punched her square in the face. I heard a crack and soon she was screaming in pain. I stood their fuming while she kept on screaming. The bell rung and I stalked out of class. I walked straight into someone's chest.
"Umph," I said and fell down on my bottom.
"Wow their Abby. What's got you so riled up?" I heard Beau's voice say.
I looked up at him and saw an amused grin on his face. He helped me up.
"Oh nothing just a stupid little girl who couldn't stand being told the truth."
