Jacks Pov
I waited in the hospital for hours. The doctors said they would be done soon, hours ago. My head was in hands, I sat there waiting for my name to be called. I sat like that for a couple more hours. "Jack" a nurse called out. My head bolted strait up, I ran over to the nurse. "Yes that's me I'm Jack" I say quickly. "The surgery is all done" the nurse said quietly. "How did it go is she alright, tell me she's alright" I say in a shaky voice. "I'm sorry sir, we did all we could but she was more sick then we thought" the nurse said looking at the ground. "NO NO NO SHE CANT BE DEAD WHY DIDN'T YOU HELP HER" I yell causing everyone to look up at me. "I'm sorry sir we tried we did all we could" the nurse said slightly scared. I sighed "what room is she in" I asked calmly. "Room 164" . "Thank you" I say before running off. Tears were streaming down my face, I remember the doctors saying she would be alright that she would live. But know she's gone. When I reached her room there was a doctor covering her up. "What are you doing" I asked whipping away the tears. "We have to take her away now, would you like to say goodbye first" the doctor said. I nodded my head and walked over to her. Her skin was no longer full of light, I was just pale and cold. I leaned down and cupped her face with my hands. "I love you y/n and I'm not going to say goodbye, I know how much you hate them" I say giving a slight smile "so for right now it's just a see you later, I'll see you again" I said kissing her forehead lightly. I covered up her face with the white cloth and watched as the doctor rolled her out. I drove home with tears in my eyes. 'Why did it have to be her' I thought. When I got home I when strait to my room. I ignored the banging on my door from Gilinsky. I sat there thinking about her, I would remember amazing memories that we shared. She was so beautiful, so strong, she was that person you looked up at when you felt useless. I couldn't take the pain not being without her, she was my light without her it was dark. I heard laughter from the other side of the room. "Y/n " I say looking up. "Hi Jack" she said smiling. "What are you doing here" I say quickly whipping away my tears. "I need you to be strong Jack, we will meet again, I promise it was my time but it's not your time you have to keep going, without you there would be no Jack and Jack, without you there wouldn't be girls smiling just because you followed them or liked on of there tweets your to important to lose Jack this world needs you" she said as she faded away. I whispered "see ya later" before she completely vanished.
