Chapter 21 Harry /

My smile never left my face after Gwen answered me. I kept on thinking what happened earlier while I was driving to my flat. I couldn't even go back to sleep. It kept me awake at night. When I woke up in the morning, the lads, except Zayn, noticed how happy I was.

"What's with all the dimples right there, Harry?" Louis asked.

"Gwen finally answered me." I smiled.

"How did she answer you?" Niall asked.

"I just apologized from all what happened a while ago then she finally answered me."

"That doesn't sound right." Liam said. "Gwen doesn't just do that. Did you kiss her or something?" Liam asked curiously.

"Maybe." I said smiling. The lads chuckled.

"See, you used your super power." Niall laughed.

The lads started to ask what happened last night. I told every single detail that happened. A few minutes after I talked about what happened, Zayn came in the room and said that we have to go to Allan's office or we're gonna be late. But when we saw his face, he looked like he hasn't had any sleep last night.

"Zayn, what happened?" Liam asked him. "You look...tired."

"I'm okay, mate. But we really have to go." Zayn answered. It was already ten and we have to be there by ten thirty. So we went to our van and we drove to Allan's office.

As we came to Allan's office, Allan was only there. The girls came in after us. At the second Jasmine came in, she suddenly asked, "Zayn, what happened?"

"He didn't have any sleep last night." Niall answered.

"Next time, sleep early, Zayn." Jasmine said. I saw Gwen next to Jasmine, looking down at her feet. Jasmine went to hug Zayn as Gwen hugged me.

"Hello, beautiful." I smiled. I saw Gwen blush and smiled.

"Hi." She said with a soft voice. "Had any sleep last night?"

"Only a little." I replied honestly. I looked at Zayn and I saw how shocked he was. Gwen looked at him too and looked back to me and gave me a small smile.

"Oooh!" Jasmine cooed. "Look how cute they are!" Jasmine said to Liam. "By the way, no one is telling the press until they see them holding hands or kissing." She added.

"Yeah, they won't stop asking questions after they found out." Liam added.

"We know." The lads said.

"You better be." Jasmine gave then a threatening look. Gwen giggled at Jasmine.

"Okay, so what are the plans for today?" Gwen asked Allan.

Allan gave us the schedule for today. We also noticed that Zayn kept quiet the whole day. He didn't talk unless someone asked him a question. The lads were starting to worry. Even I was starting to worry. I mean, he's my mate. We worry for each other. If something feels wrong, we all worry.

I know I should be mad at him. I mean, he kissed Gwen andge almost stole my girl. But we're still mates. We can't just be mad at each other forever. I've known him for a long time and it's bad to fight with your mates. Like what happened, we could hurt each other. The band could also break up. We might not want to talk to each other anymore. Those could be the possible chances that would happen when we fight. I've learned that by now.

I then started to talk to Zayn. I wanted to know if he's okay or not.

"Zayn, are you okay?" I asked him. At first he looked at me surprised. I couldn't blame him either. I was surprised myself that I'm talking to him after the fight. "We're worried. You're not talking." I said.

"I'm fine." Zayn answered. "I'm really okay."

"You're not. I've known you for a long time, Zayn. I know when you're not okay or if you are okay." I said. "What's the problem?" I asked again.

Zayn took a long breath. It was like he was nervous on what he was going to say.

"This isn't about Gwen, isn't it?" I asked.

"Partially." He answered. "I broke up with Perrie."

His words shocked me. He broke up with Perrie? I was looking at him as if he was crazy. My eyes are wide and my mouth is open.

"You what?" I said in surprise. Zayn and Perrie has been in a relationship for a long time. Why would he break up with her now? "Why?" I asked Zayn.

"Yesterday, Gwen said that she wouldn't be in a relationship with me unless I break up with Perrie. Because she doesn't want to break her heart." Zayn said. "So I didn't get any sleep last night because I don't know if I should call Perrie or not."

"Long story short, I then called Perrie and broke up with her. I was gonna tell Gwen today, but you're already with her." Zayn said in a sad voice. "I guess I broke up witb Perrie for nothing."

"I'm sorry, Zayn." I apologized. "I know you really like Gwen, but I like her too. Ann I'm sorry that I hurt you."

"No, it's fine." Zayn said with a small smile. "I just want you to treat Gwen right." Zayn said.

"I will." I smiled.

"I hope so." Zayn held out a hand and I shook on it.

"We shouldn't fight because of a girl anymore." I said. "I promise that."
