Bringing her hands to wipe those tears streaming down her face,
Seemingly almost endless, just like her thoughts that never seems to vanish.
Broken beyond repair, her thoughts destroying her slowly.
Seems like she didn't realise, he is almost as broken without her.

[ (Y/N)'s POV ]

I stared at the ground, contemplating. I felt the wind blow gently, as though encouraging me to go ahead. This is it, I thought. My fingers played with a pendant on my necklace nervously before I muttered softly. "For you, Niall."

I was about to knock on the door when I realised it wasn't locked. How strange. Shaking my head, I pushed the door and let myself in.

"Hello?" I took off my beanie as I spent some time to look at my surroundings. The lights were switched on, yet there was nobody in sight. "Niall?"

I took a few steps into the house, but I stopped in my tracks, completely shocked to see the sight. My lips parted. What the...

There was a brunette sitting on a stool beside the couch. Her back was facing me, so I couldn't see her face. On the couch, there Niall laid. To make things worse, her head was slowly moving closer to him. And it looked like they were about to kiss. At that moment, I clenched my fist in frustration.

Has he moved on? That quick? A few days ago he was practically begging me to be with him. That day he claimed I was his everything. Well, this just proved it all wrong. I had been thinking of him since then, and he was just having a good time with a random woman? How could he do this to me?

"What the hell Niall?" I said loudly, not bothering to conceal my fury. A tear rolled down my cheeks. I quickly used the back of my hand to wipe it rather harshly.

Honestly, I was beyond heartbroken and pissed off. I didn't know who to blame in this matter. I blamed myself for even breaking our beautiful relationship in the first place. At the same time, I also blamed Niall for moving on that quick, as though I never really mattered to him at all. Like everything that we had was nothing more than just a lie.

The woman turned her head to face me very quickly. By looking at her facial expression, I could tell that she didn't expect to see me. She was gorgeous, I must say. I could even say she seemed nice, if it wasn't in this situation.

"May I know who you are?" she asked politely, standing up. A small smile was offered as she walked towards me.

Her smile was only returned with a frown. "Me? How about you tell me who you are?" I retorted, rolling my eyes.

She flinched at my tone. I almost felt sorry for scaring her that way, but I pushed that thought aside.

"What's all the commotion about?" Harry rushed towards the woman, concern evident in his eyes. His vibrant green eyes met mine and his face softened a little. "Oh, (Y/N)..."

"Harry, can you please tell me why this woman is with him?" I asked, glaring at that brunette.

To my surprise, Harry started laughing, as if there was something amusing. I raised my eyebrows at him before looking at the brunette. She shrugged her shoulders, giving Harry a weird look.

"Relax. You need to relax, (Y/N), oh gosh," he said as his laughter slowly stopped. "This is Saralyn, my cousin. Saralyn, this is (Y/N)..."

"And please calm down, you look like you want to choke my dear cousin to death. Saralyn was just treating Niall's wounds while I was getting a glass of water," Harry explained.

"Uhm, hey," she said softly, almost timidly.

"Hi," I said, feeling completely horrible. "Look, I'm sorry for being so rude just now. I was just-"
