It was midnight and I laid down on my bed slowly careful not to allow the bed spring to creek. I let out a sigh of relief knowing that I hadn't woken up my dad. I was not in the mood to get smacked. I checked my phone warily and saw I had one new message.

"What?" I asked myself. I quickly put my phone down and shut my eyes. With that I let my body relax and drifted of to sleep.

Sorry for the short chapters.....they'll eventually get longer. I don't want to give it all away in the beginning...but they will be longer. Plus I figured that short chapters are easier to read and more updates!
