Jay Mcguiness My Angel | Jaythan Au

Chapter 7

It was Monday afternoon, we had just had lunch and it was now time for our 5th lesson of the day which is music. At lunch, I had saved a spot for Jay to sit next to me - as he usually does every lunch time - but he walked right past us and sat with Lauren, the girl I saw him kiss at Max's party.

This was my favourite lesson. Not because Jay, Tom, Max and Siva were in my class but I've always loved to sing and play piano. It was my dream to sing professionally but I knew that I had to be really good if I really wanted to sing, I would say that I was mildly good at singing so I didn't really have a chance there did I?

It was nearly the end of the lesson, me Tom, Max and Seev spent the entire lesson messing around, we didn't do much work today but it didn't matter as we had a cover teacher and our set task was to do work we had already done last week. We was basically just mocking other teachers and also Jay who was sat with Lauren. Something made me think that Jay was lying about them two being "just friends"

I mean, yeah he can have other friends other than us but why has this "friend" suddenly became so good that he ditched his mates to go and sit with her with no explanation or reason as to why he wasn't going to be with us today.

The bell had rang and I said goodbye to the other boys before making my way to the last lesson of the day, maths.

I took my usual seat opposite Siobhan and with Lauren next to her, yes the very same Lauren that is Jay's "friend"

God, I sound like a jealous girlfriend and I'm not even jealous. Nope not one bit. If Jay is dating Lauren then I'm happy for him, I'd much rather he was dating me instead of the blonde bimbo.

That's if he is dating her, he might not be.

'He would never date you Nathan, he has only known you a week, there is a next to nothing chance that even likes you as more of a friend.'

I sighed, it was true though, we've only known each other a week. There was no way he would ever fall for me.

The bell had rang, and the teacher dismissed us reminding us to finish the homework for next lesson.

I decided to take my time as Tom no longer had to wait for me to walk home with him anymore as I've finally learnt the way from school back home.

It was ten past three and hardly anyone was in the school grounds. It was just me and a handful of other kids that I had never spoken to. In the middle of the school ground were Jay and Lauren. From a distance they looked like they were hugging but as I got closer they were in fact snogging.

My heart broke in two and anger boiled up inside me. I was angry because he lied to me, he told me that they were only friends and friends don't kiss and I was heart broken because I had fallen for Jay Mcguiness. 

He wouldn't love me. EVER. He was straight as a ruler that was for sure if he was kissing her. All the chances of us being together have gone. He clearly doesn't want to be with me, then again who would?

I kept my head down and fast walked back home not bothering about the tears running down my face. All I wanted to do now was to sleep forever or at least the pain of a broken heart left.

A/N: So how did you guys like this chapter? I was writing this at 3 in the morning because I couldn't get to sleep as I drank too much caffeine but I ended up falling asleep part way trhough writing it. Anyways I'm trying to update as fast as I can so you don't have to wait long for the next chapter to be posted.
