Chapter 21.

The court room was filled to copasity, not only were there guards my family, jay and suprisingly Matt, but there were also quite alot of reporters and cameras.

"Are you ready?" Dad asked, he was sitting next to me as planned wearing a white suit looking very sharp.

"Yeap if all goes to plan today will be the last time i see her" looking over to the other side, Sophie was sitting there talking to her lawer but her eyes were on me not moving, just to piss her off i waved and smiled cheekily, it got the reaction i was hoping for, she started grinding her teeth together, something she always did when shes mad.

I laughed then looked behind me to mum, Jay, matt and my two favourite officers.

"Thats for coming guys it mean alot that you guys are here for me" they all smiled saying you welcome.

"I love you" i said looking at Jay, he smiled and lent over kissing me on the lips.

"I love you too babe"

The case started soon after and Sophie was called to the stand and it was a show and a half, the fake tears, all the lies i didnt know weither to laugh at her stupidity or shout in protest at all the lies spilling from her mouth.

I actually almost did laugh when it was my lawyers turn to question her she got what happened to me when i was arrested he kept interupting her when she wanted to explain herself by asking a different question making her mad just like i asked him to.

"Will you stop interupting me when im trying to talk, didnt your parents ever teach you manners" Sophie yelled at my lawyer.

"I dont know what your talking about, im asking you yes or no questions once you give me the answer im looking for i move on, besides my mother did infact teach me wonderfully about manners, i cant say the same for you since your the one interupting me when i was the one talking"

Oh snap!

Bitch got told!

I had to look away because i was seconds away from laughing, looking at dad he was trying to fight a smile as well which made me want to laugh even more.

"So as i was saying before i was rudefully interupted do you deny the fact that you said to Sophia that you wished it was you that killed your late husband and not her which resolved in her hitting you?" She was fuming by this point, she has always had thens her way so for it to be turned around on her is something she definatly does not like.

"Screw you" was all she said.

"No thanks im actually faithful to my wife" he said.

Cough cough!

That did it for me i couldnt hold it in after that i turned away from the show covering my face, tears started filling my eyes from how hard i was laughing but keeping the noise silent.

Dad patted my back a few times i looked up at him threw my fingers and he was smiling shaking his head.

"Shhh" he whispered so no one else could hear, soon after i had managed to calm down and wiped my face with a tissue dad gave me, i turned back around and Sophie was standing up her hands balled in fists stareing down at my lawyer who didnt even flinch.

"Whats that suppose to mean?"

"Exactly what it means, now you may step down, you honor id like to call my client to the stand" he asked.

Oh thats me!

I stood up straightening my dress then walked around the table, i waited for Sophie to finally step down after just glaring at my lawyer, when she was passing me i whispered for only her to hear.

"Your going down bitch" she growled then bumped shoulders with me then walked back to her seat while i went and sat up on the podium.

"Goodmorning Sophia" my lawyer greeted.

"Goodmorning"

"Now lets talk about something first before we get into the incident involving your sister, a few days later i believe you had a heart attack, are you alright to proceed, i wouldnt want to over work you"

"Oh no im fine, thanks for asking, mum, dad and my boyfriend were there to help me"

"Ah yes your mother being this lady" he pointed to my mother which i nodded.

"And this man being your father, who is also the warden of the prison you are currently serving your sentence at, am i right?" I turned to look at Sophie smiling.

"Yup" i said popping the 'p' Sophie's eyes widened in shock and disbelief just like me when i first found out, she stood up and stormed to the middle of the room then looked between me and our father.

"What the hell is this? Our father died before we were born" her anger was doubling by the second exactly what i was after, i stood and and jumped off the podium walking towards her.

"So sorry to break it to you dear sister but daddy dearest is alive and i not only have him on my side but mum to, who do you have? No one! you'll be forever alone except your abomination of a child you have growning in your womb" i finished right in front of her.

"Why you little" she growled.

Thats when i felt it what i was hoping for the stinging pain on my gut, i dropped to the ground suprising everyone in the room.

"SOPHIA?" Maultiple people shouted, dad was by my side first followed by Jay, mum the two Officers and matt.

"See i told you i had a plan, now Sophie will be arrested for attempted murder" i managed to chock out.

"You silly child, why would you risk your life?" dad asked pulling the pocket knife out of my stomach holding a hand over the wound.

"Because she needed to be punished once and for all" i looked over at Sophie and she was watching me as a court guard hand cuffed her.

"I told you your going down, you couldn't have just left me be in jail, you brought this on your self" i dropped my head to the ground and sighed.

"Sophie Genson, i hear by charge you for the attempted murder of your twin sister Sophia Genson and sentence you to 15 years in the maximum security prison for woman, as for your unborn child, once you have given birth the child will be put into the system where it shall be put up for adoption, take her away"

"No! You cant do this to me i dont belong in jail" she was screaming as she was taken out of the room.

"As for you Sophia Genson, i hear my dismiss the charges layed against you, and i hope you get well soon" the judge said making me smile, by now a medic had come and patched me up, and givin me something for the pain, Jay had insisted on carrying me even though i could walk him being the protective boyfriend that he is he ignored my complains and carried me anyway.
