Luke's POV:

Aubri kisses my neck and then goes for my lips.

These lips aren't as soft and gentle as I remember. Believe me, its been engraved in my memory and soul.

Also, the blue dress, the gray eyes. This wasn't a dream. It didn't feel like a dream.

It wasn't Aubri.

I push her off, regaining consciousness.
"What the hell?"

I turn on the lamp by desk and adjust my eyes. "What are you doing?" I ask.

The girl stands barefoot, hair tousled. Her grey stormy eyes look at me in comprehension. "I get it." she laughs.

I sit there, still wanting to know what the hell she was trying to do. "Get what?" I ask. My voice is slow, angry.

"You said some girl's name while I was kissing you." She says. Her voice is careful. She crosses her arms and fixes her brown tousled hair.

"Why were you kissing me? Please leave." I finish. I sigh in exasperation pointing at the door.

Deep in my stomach, I feel guilt for letting anything happen with this girl, even letting her simply be here in my room.

"You have the hots for someone. Huh." She smirks. Her stand makes her seem sassy.

Why hasn't she left? This girl is getting on my nerves. "No, what are you talking about?"

"Look, you were at a club, downing drinks like you hadn't had water in years." She chuckles. "You're hurt or confused. I've seen many like you." She acknowledges, putting her eyebrows together and going deep into thought. "All I'm trying to say is. Get your act together and go for the girl." She sits down on my bed.

Who the hell is this girl? I have the hots for no-one.

"We met a couple minutes ago and you already think you know all my problems?" Amazingly annoying. "If there was any girl, she hates me and is in the room right over there." I point to the window across, where Aubri is most likely sleeping. Probably in her cozy socks and wearing my T-shirt.

I didn't know why she liked that t-shirt so much. She also didn't know that i knew she had it. I never told her about it, its comforting to know she has something of mine.

And there I go again with my stupid thoughts.

"I'm not worth it." I whisper to myself.

She smirks once again. Its so frikin annoying. "I'm sure you're not."

I glare at her in warning. She's really pushing it. If she wasn't slightly pleasant, I would have dragged her out already.

"All I'm saying is, don't believe that bullshit of If you love her let er go." She rolls her eyes and it seems to me, she's been through things. "If you love something you gotta hold onto it and fight for it. We only ever get good things in our life rarely, and if she's something good in yours, fight for her. I hope she can put up with your attitude though."
