It is seven in the morning and loud music is pounding through my window. It is not time to wake up, especially not this way.

"Mhmmmm" I whine in sleepiness.

The music keeps getting louder. There is no way I'll be able to fall back to sleep.

"Ughhhhh" I shout.

I sigh and finally decide to get up from my bed to try and find where its coming from.

I rub my eyes and sleepily choose my outfit before getting into the shower and playing some of my own music.

20 minutes after, I come out of the shower. I blow dry my hair and apply my mascara.

I chose to wear pale jeans and a loose black top.

I grab my school bag and head for the door downstairs. It's a cloudy day, and I sigh, preparing myself for it.

I opened the door, expecting to see the houses in front of me. The usual view.
But instead, Luke was there.

What a surprise.

He smirked at me and all I could do was roll my eyes in frustration.

I hope there would be a day when he would be nice and just genuine. A day where I wouldn't have to stress out.

"Would you like to go to school with me?" He asked as he kicked the pebbles at his feet.

Was it just me or was he fidgeting too much?

Well I was kind of lazy to walk to school. But then again, I wasn't up for snarky remarks from Luke.

I went against my better judgment and got into his car. I looked back to see a smirk on his face and shut the door with extra caution.

He got in through the driver's side and closed his door while turning on the engine.

There was silence as he waited...as if he was going to say something...

He sighed and turned his attention to me. "Would you like a ride after school?"

Did I hear wrong? This was unusual. "I-ye-I cant." I stuttered.

"Are you trying to avoid me?" At this point, I wanted him to already drive.

"No, no." I sighed. "Im going somewhere with my friend."

"Oh." A moment of silence passed as he backs the car out of the driveway. "Where?"

Though I did find that a little invasive of privacy. I found myself thinking I could trust this unimportant information to him. "I don't know, he said that he would take me to yogurt land."

"He?" Luke's eyes widened and then he cleared his throat, seeming to come out if his shock. "I mean -okay...but its cold."

He was right. It was cold out and it didn't make sense to go eat something cold. "It cant be that bad."

He rolled his eyes and no longer talked to me on the drive to school. Instead, his jaw muscles were flexed as he gripped the steering wheel hard.

He was always in his moods, switching from one to another. He had me dizzy.

I drifted into my own world as he expertly parked in the school Parking lot. After a big sigh and a strained face, he turned off the ignition and opened his door.

I got out and wondered what could possibly be his problem this time.

Was it because I turned down his offer of a ride home?
