Sicily's surgery

"Oh i have found the problem" the teach says when she sees what was little Sicily's trouble

"What is it?" Erin asks her

"It's a tumor that is very small, and Sicily had a twin that formed, and that twin got sucked into Sicily as she was growing so her twin can be removed" the tech says to the couple

"How soon will she have surgery?" he asks the tech

"I don't know it depends on the doctor" the tech says to the couple

Erin was scared for little Sicily the most

"Erin she will be okay" he says as he tries to comfort her as he hugs her close cause Erin was really scared about Sicily

"Logan she is too little to have surgery" Erin says to him

"I know but she needs to know that mommy and daddy still love her and care about her too" he says as he picks Sicily cause she was free to go back to the exam room to wait on the doctor to come into the room to confirm that it is her twin growing inside her, as well as the tumor that was found on the ultra

"I love her" Erin says as she looks at the baby that Logan had in his arms

"I do too I hope her surgery happens soon cause I think she is tired of being in pain from the tumor and her twin that is still inside her" he says as he walks with her back to her room

(Sicily's room)

"Okay baby doll now we wait to see when you are going to have surgery" he says as he sits back on the bed with her in his arms

"Yeah we will get you taken care of baby doll" Erin says as she looks at the baby that was scared out of her mind right now of what was going to happen to her cause she wanted to stay with mommy and daddy and not go with the doctor's

(Later)

"Mr. & Mrs. Henderson" the doctor says as he comes into the room with the results of the blood work that was done on Sicily

"Yes doctor?" Logan asks the doctor

"Well the ultrasound was right about the tumor and the twin that is in Sicily" the doctor says to Logan and Erin as he run the results of the blood work to Logan and Erin

"When will she have surgery?" Logan asks the doctor cause he wanted Sicily to be okay from this whole ordeal

"As soon as possible" the doctor says to Logan and Erin

"How soon doctor?" Logan asks him cause he wanted his questioned answered about his baby girl and why was she like this

"Tonight cause we want to see if the tumor is cancerous or benign, and get her twin out of her since her twin is growing at a good rate right now cause right now her twin has a fifty fifty chance at surviving outside of her sister" the doctor tells Logan and Erin

"Erin are you up for staying at the hospital tonight with me while Sicily has her operation?" Logan asks her cause he didn't want to stress her out more cause she was pregnant

"Yeah I don't want to go home and stay there with the other ones I want to be here with Sicily cause I think she needs mama the most right now since she is going to be going under to have her first surgery" Erin says as she lets Sicily squeeze her finger tight

"Well it looks like mommy and daddy going to be with you tonight little Sicily Henderson" he says as he kisses her head as the nurses come in to get her I.V started cause she was going to be going back soon for her surgery

Sicily cried when she felt her I.V go into her small hand

"I know it hurts baby girl and it is almost over" he says as he holds her close to him after the nurse was done with the I.V

Logan sang her a lullaby to help calm her down a little bit so she wasn't too fussy for her operation so she could get better

"There is that better huh?" he asks as he looks at Sicily who was settling down in daddy's arms

"Yeah i think she is a happy girl since daddy sang to her" Erin says as she looks at Sicily who was a happy camper right now since daddy sang to her

"Her eyes are shining" he says as he looks at Sicily's eyes

"Yeah they are" Erin says as she wipes Sicily's eyes

"Sicily" the nurse says as she comes into the room to get the baby and take her to surgery that night

"Can we go with her?" Erin asks the nurse cause Sicily will cry out for daddy and mommy if they ain't there with her

"Yeah you two can put her on the table and stay until she is asleep for the procedure" the nurse says as she hands Logan and Erin some scrubs to wear into the operating room for Sicily

Logan and Erin get into the scrubs like requested so they could lay Sicily down on the table once they had gotten to the operating room

"Well we might as well head to the operating room" he says when he was all ready to go to the operating room

"Yeah we might as well" Erin says as they start to head to the operating room when the nurse had come back for them to take them to the operating room for Sicily's operation

Erin was walking with the I.V pole and Logan held Sicily in his arms as they walked with the nurse to the operating room

"Will we be able to see her after the operation?" Erin asks the nurse as they were heading to the operating room still

"Yes you two will be able to see her in recovery once the operation is over" the nurse says as they board the elevator to go to the operating room

Erin was happy that she was going to be able to see Sicily after the operation is over and she was in recovery

"What about her twin?" Logan ask the nurse

"We will bring her right by so you two can see her if you like" the nurse says to Logan and Erin

"What do you think Erin do you want to see Sicily's twin?" he asks her as he looks at her

"Yeah i want to see her twin" Erin says to him

"Yes we will like to see her twin" he says to the nurse as they for by the operating room

"Okay wait here" the nurse says as she heads in to see if they were ready for Sicily, so they could start the surgery on the baby

Logan nods as he holds the baby in his arms cause he could see that she was scared

"Don't worry baby you are going to be okay" he says as he kisses her forehead

"We're ready" the nurse tells them

Logan and Erin take her into the operating room for her surgery

"Mommy loves you baby girl" Erin says as she kisses the baby who was placed on the operating table

"Daddy loves you too baby and he will see you after" Logan says as he kisses her after she was placed on the table

Logan and Erin stayed until the baby was asleep, and once they left the O.R they hugged each other as they cried in each other's arms
