"Erin that has to be the cops come on" he says when he heard the door since the kids were still watching the movie in the yard

Erin made sure that the girls was going to be okay as she was with Logan and seeing about the girl parents and when they will be coming to get her

"She looked better than what i saw her last" the one officer says when he saw her in Logan's arms with her small arms around his neck

"Yeah i gave her a bath a little bit and change her clothes so she was clean" Logan says as he set the girl down for a little bit so the officer could talk to her

"Hi sweetie' the officer tells her as he was talking to her

She hides behind Logan cause she was scared as well

"Sweetie he is going to help you is all, and we will see about your folks is all" Logan says as he was talking calmly to her a little bit

Logan was with her as the officer was talking to her and Erin was going to check on the kids as well to see if they were okay as well cause they might be scared or if the movie was over and she was going to put another movie on so while her and Logan were talking to the officer about the little girl

"Once we see what happened and see why the little girl ran away or if she was kidnapped we will be in touch very soon i hope" the officer says once they had given up since she was really shy and she didn't want to talk at all

"Okay where will she go?" Logan asks the officer as he took the little girl back in his arms again

"Once we determine what had happened we will get back to you on that" the officer says as they left to see what might have happened with the little girl

"Okay thank you" Logan says as he was holding the little girl close to him

"Well sweetie you wanna cuddle with mama?" Erin asks her as she tries to talk to her a little bit

"Erin she wants to be with me right now" he says as he was talking to her cause the little girl was hugging Logan close to her

"Okay let me know what had happened with her" Erin says as she goes back to the others since they were going to start to worry cause mom and dad was not there at all

"Will do Erin" he says as they shared a kiss before they went to be with the others

Logan was going to stay close to the door and the phone so when he got that call he was going to take it privately away from the others so they didn't have to hear it at all since it was going to be a private talk with the cops and Erin being in the picture

"Tonight sweetie you got us" he says as he grabbed the phone just in case they did call right away and that was not going to happen either that night

The cops called an hour later with news what had happened with the little girl and what happened to her folks as well

"Hello" Logan says as he was talking to the cops  

The cops explained that the girl parents died by a drive-by shooting that had happened in their neighborhood a few days ago 

"My word does she have any family?" he asks them cause he was worried that her other family might want her 

The officers explained that they were trying to get ahold of her other family members to see if they wanted to take care of her, and if they couldn't she was going to be an orphan 

"Okay thank you" he says as he hangs up

"Well?" Erin asks him

"Her parents died in a drive-by shooting a few days ago, and they are looking for relatives that could care for her right now she hasn't anyone" he says as he was talking to her

"The poor thing" Erin says as she was looking at the little girl 

"I know and they want to take her to be checked out and i will let them I hate to have her have bullet holes or got hit by a bullet and they didn't see it" Logan says as he was going to wait for the squad to come to take her to the hospital      

Erin had a decision she was going to make and she was going to make it while Logan was at the hospital with her 

"I should be home once we get her checked out" he says as he was going to follow behind the squad to the hospital
