AN: Hey Guys.
So this chapter will be different from all the others. I can't narrate from Jaydon's point of view due to the fact that he can't actually speak and I can't from Skylar's point of view because... Well you'll see why ;).
Enjoy!

JESSE'S POV

Ever felt like a part of you has been moved from you. It's like I can't breathe in the hollowness of daily living. I can't get her out of my mind. It's been two weeks since I saw her. She looked so broken, he took every single piece of happiness from the light that shon inside her. It's like after her phone call something inside her shifted. I can't explain it. Then we got to the house and saw those photos. The one of her little brother really hit home. That must be the reason behind the phone call. School just hasn't been the same without her. I just need her by my side, always. Her smile, her funny faces. The way she giggles when I say Sir Pop alot, in reference to popcorn. Or how she doesn't stick to one thing when she talks. The way she jumps from one thing to another just fascinates me, it's like when she talks you can see how she thinks because when she thinks of something new while talking her face lights up like she just got the greatest idea ever. But instead I have to deal with these idiots at school.
She still hasn't called me, but what do I expect. She hasn't actually told me she felt the way I did, so it's not like I should expect anything. I don't even care, if she doesn't feel the same, as long as I can be near her. Be there for her. My phone vibrates in my pocket.

Hello? I whisper.

Jesse, it's Skylar's aunt. I was wondering if you could come over. She says through the phone.

I'm in class but I can come after school.

Damn, sorry I forgot you're at school. But thank you, I'll see you soon. She says. Goodbye.

I hang up. Thank God its the final period, I don't think I'd be able to handle another minute longer in this place. The hallways are so empty without her. Her smile radiating through the hallway when she's with her friends. The way she plays with her hair when she leaves it loose. Or how she braids her hair to the side. She thinks I don't notice but I see it all. She radiates with importance to me. I've never seen anyone like her and I thought I could replace my feelings for her by dating someone else, but none were like her. It's like with Nina. I broke up with her saying that she's great but I'm inlove with someone else. She didn't understand but she let it go.

Skylar fills me up with happiness. When she hugged me at the funeral. My entire body wanted to stay in that moment, I didn't want to let her go, I wanted to be the reason for her happiness. The way she punched William was just a bonus.
I smile at the thought.

Care to share the joke with us Mr.Scott. Ms. Lemmings says interrupting my thoughts.

No Ma'am sorry I - the bell rings.

My entire body tingles. I'm going to see her. Finally see her. I want to run out of the school so I can just get to her and hold her. My heart feels like it's going to burst. How can one person give me such happiness, without even trying to. Just a simple smile can make me feel like a thousand butterflies are forming inside me.

Mr.Scott, a word please? My teacher says.

But mam, I have to be somewhere. Please no, you're taking my time away from her.
