Hey!! Long time no see. I'm super super SUPER sorry that I haven't been updating. I just never got around to write anything. Anyway, here's a long chapter for you. You guys deserve it since I was gone a while. This is the second to last chapter in the book. However, I am writing another book. I'm just not sure if I should upload it, but enjoy. ☺️
"So sometime tomorrow, I'll text you, okay?" Me and Dana just arrived at my apartment after I've tried to get him to tell me about tomorrow's date.
"Okay. So, you still not gonna tell me?" I smiled, trying to get him to give in.
"Nope, you're just gonna have to wait and see," Dana cheesed. I sighed and opened the passenger door. Dana followed behind me and walked me to my door. As we got to my door, we shared a short, romantic kiss.
"Tomorrow?"
"Tomorrow."

After eating my breakfast and taking a nice long nap, I got dressed for my shift and headed to my car. Along the way, I couldn't stop thinking about tonight. Was he gonna break up with me? Propose to me? We've only known each other for a few weeks. I didn't know what to expect. As I got to the hospital, about 3 ambulances were parked, wheeling out patients left and right. I ran inside, shocked by what I had perceived. People on gurneys and wheelchairs everywhere, waiting to be taken care of.
"What's going on?" I questioned Ellie, the receptionist.
"Busy Hour. You know how it is after 6pm: chaos!" Ellie panted. I sighed, forgetting that it was Monday and it's 7:00.
"Leah, I need you on Floor 4, Room 2000!" Robert shouted from across the room.
"Here we go," I sighed, heading to the room.
~~~~~~
12 hrs. later...
My shift was finally over and I was exhausted. The hospital was silent now, only a pin drop can be heard. I grabbed my jacket and started to head out the door.
"Oh! Leah, before I forget, someone got you these," Ellie said, retrieving a bunch of cherry blossoms. They were gorgeous.
"Who brought these in?" I curiously asked, admiring the pretty pink petals.
"Don't know. I believe there's a note attached to it," Ellie shrugged. Then I noticed a note, wrapped in a bow.
I would travel to Japan and back to get you the most pinkest cherry blossoms.
~D
Cherry blossoms were my favorite flowers ever. However, I've never told anyone that. Except for one. I smiled.
"Thank you, Ellie. Have a good night." I headed to my car, smiling along the way. I got in the car and drove home, not knowing what to expect next.
20 minutes later, I got home and brought the blossoms with me. As I walked to my apartment, rose petals lead the path to my apartment. I opened the door, laughing to myself.
"He went all out for this date, huh?" I asked myself. I walked in my room, noticing three beautifully wrapped boxes on my bed, two big and one small. Curious, dropped my purse on the floor and walked to my bed. I opened the first box, revealing a beautiful blue dress with a slightly deep 'v' in the chest area.
"This is..." I couldn't even finish my sentence. Next, I opened the second box, revealing a gorgeous blue and gold necklace accompanied by matching earrings. I grabbed the necklace, admiring it's shine and beauty. Then, I opened the third box, showing a pair of dark blue satin shoes. They were gorgeous. Soon after, I got a text message from Dana. I opened the message.
