Emily's pov:
I sat up super quickly and started crying my eyes out. I couldn't breathe and my stomach was still sore from the surgery.
" Emily? what's going on?!" Caleb yelled and wrapped his arms around me.
"I had a-a nnnightmare." I said and shook.
" what happened Emily?."
" he caught me Caleb he caught me and I couldn't leave."
he held me tight and stroked my hair.
" Emily it's over now everything's okay it's over I promise."
I was tired I layed back down and took some deep breaths. and fell back asleep.
* that morning *
I woke up and Caleb was still sleeping. i got up and walked upstairs and saw nobody was up. the clock said 9:00 am that was weird everyone was normally up at 8:30. I dug through the pantry looking for something to make. and I found a bisquick shake and pour container. I made 7 pancakes and sat them on a big plate and put some mini plates by those. I sat at the kitchen bar and started to eat when the girls came out.
" hey Emily how you doing?" Annie asked and sat next to me and took a pancake I made.
" um sore but I feel good."
" omg Emily these pancakes are so good thank you!" Annie said as Hayley followed with a yes.
Katie and billy took the girls to gym and me and Caleb stayed home. we hung out in his room watching movies. but I had a bad feeling. more like a scary feeling like something bad was bound to happen any second. I tried to ignore it until Calebs door slung open.
