I woke up to a silent house no tv no talking just silence. Just how I liked it. I grabbed my beats pill a sports bra and some boy shorts and hopped in the shower after brushing my teeth. I hummed along to say it by Tory lanez as the water ran down my body. I began to think about Masiah but quickly dismissed the thought when I remembered there would never be an us. I then began to think about Jodi. I know I said I didn't wanna talk to him but after last night I couldn't help but lust for another conversation. It was something about him that I wanted.

I finished my shower and I got out lotioning my body and putting on my bra and underwear. I plopped on my bed and was about to begin scrolling through my timeline when a call came from an unknown number .

"Hello ?"

"Wassup beautiful ?" Jodi's deep voice said through my phone making me instantly melt.

"Ohh...nothing, wassup?"

"Nothing you thought I wasn't gonna call huh ?"

"Nah I knew you would eventually."

"Is that right ?"

"That's right." I sung smiling.

"Well anyways I was gonna head to the mall today I was calling to see if you wanted to roll with me ?"

"What's the catch."

"No catch I just wanna get to know you better that's all."

"No funny business ?"

"No funny business."

"Okay well I'll text you the address."

"Alright I'll be there at like 12."

"Okay."

I hung up the phone and looked at the clock which read 11:04. I was happy that I had already taken
a shower so now all I would have to do is get dressed and do my hair. I don't usually do this but for some reason I liked Jodi. He was different .

I threw on a white button up shirt blue ripped jeans black boots and a black hat to top it off. I curled my black hair and applied mascara and lipgloss. I looked in the mirror pleased and I looked at the clock which read 11:48. A few minutes later I heard knocking at the door. After checking my outfit once more I grabbed my side purse and I jogged downstairs and seen honey and joy talking to Jodi smirking. I squinted my eyes at them as they mischievously smirked at me.

"Have fun J." Honey said.

"And don't get pregnant ." Joy said hugging me.

"Bye sillies." I laughed grabbing Jodi's hands and basically dragging him away from my crazy friends.

"Your girls are funny."

"Don't mind them I just don't go out often."

"You look good." Jodi said smiling at me as he opened my door and jogged to the other side.

"You too boo."

"Damn I'm boo already." He said making me chuckle.

"Just drive." I said pointing at the Road and he laughed and did what was told.

When we got to the mall Jodi walked to my side and opened the door and grabbed my hand.

"You holding my hand and you ain't even my man?"
