I woke up to an unfamiliar sound. I became aware of my surrounding and realized I was resting on my boyfriend's shoulder. He had his arm around my waist while he slept.
We were in not so comfortable chairs and that's when it hit me. We were on a private jet. He must've got all of our stuff together and personally put me up here...
He amazes me with everything that he does... I kissed his soft cheek and nestled into Justin's side. His body soon adjusted to mine in his sleep. I listened to my personal lullaby and soon fell back into a slumber.
Once again I was awakened by a disturbing sound in which woke Justin this time. It was his phone vibrating on the table.
He used his free arm that wasn't supporting me to pick it up. "Hello?" Justin spoke in his low, raspy voice. It was sexier than ever, and I referred to it as my own personal drug.
"She's right beside me. She's fine." I wandered who he was talking to and since I hadn't shown I was awake, I decided to play as if I wasn't. "Why are you out there?" "You knew but you didn't tell her?!"
What the hell is he talking about? "I don't know how she'll take it." His voice lightened up. "Okay. See you then." Next I heard he roughly put his phone on the table. I used this as an excuse to wake up.
I pretended to turn in my sleep, lifted up my body and casually rubbed my eyes. "Goodmorning, sunshine!" Justin kissed my jaw bone. I stretched and rose to my feet. "'Sunshine' needs a bathroom." Justin smiled and pointed to a door.
I did my normal morning hygiene routine and changed my outfit. I came back to Justin whom still hadn't moved a muscle. I sat back in my seat and placed the back of my head gently on my boyfriend's lap. He started playing with my hair and rubbing the sides of my face.
"You're beautiful, Aubrey. I'm literally the luckiest guy on this planet." Of course I smiled like an idiot. "Are you kidding me. Any normal person would wake the other up and tell them to walk their ass in here. But you carried all my stuff...plus me. You're the sweetest, babyboy."
I caressed the back of his head with one hand while massaging it. Slowly I pushed his face close to mine and lifted my lips onto his. "We're lucky together, babe." He spoke against my lips. Once more he pecked my lips and returned to his former position.
After countless hours and movies, we finally arrived in New Hampshire. There was a dark tented vehicle waiting for Justin and I to get off. It was freezing outside and I didn't have anything on my arms. Being the amazing boyfriend that Justin is, he wrapped his arms around mine from behind to give me warmth.
When we sat in the car and Justin rubbed my arms to sooth my chill bumps. "Justin, I'm fine." I smiled as I stopped his arms. "I know. I just like making you comfortable." He poked my nose and kissed my lips.
"Where to, Mr.Bieber?" We were snapped out of our moment by this stranger. "Uhm, Phillips Lane." "Roger that." We set forward on the road.
It seemed like I was in memory lane this whole ride. Every building. Every road. "I remember taking Madison to that park every day after school." Justin laid his hand on my inner thigh and tucked his fingers underneath my leg.
"I-This is it, sir!" The driver easily applied the brakes in front of an well aged, wooded house. "Thank you so much!" Justin and I grabbed our belongings out of the trunk and proceeded to the front door.
Just before Justin hit his knuckles on the door, it flung open. In the door frame stood a familiar looking girl. The one in the video. My sister.
She was more beautiful than I remembered. Perfectly freckled face. Long, brown bouncy curls. Breathtaking green eyes. The sight of her began to blur with water. I felt a tear roll down.
A twelve year old wrapped her arms around my torso with force causing me to lose my breath. I soon caught it back and held my hands behind her back. I could feel her sobbing.
The feeling of a soft, warm hand rubbed my back. I looked to my left and Justin smiled. Finally, the little girl released her hold on me. "Hi, Madison." I smiled through my tears. Justin bent down to her level and wiped her watery cheeks.
I saw her eyes light up and she quickly grabbed her arms behind Justin's neck. He held one hand on her back, one under her bum and lifted her off the ground. She buried herself in my boyfriend's neck.
Justin grabbed my left hand and leaned over to kiss my temple. I never left his eyes that were burning into mine. "Aubrey." I looked through the door only to find a face familiar from my past. "Grandma!"
Justin knew my next reaction and loosened his fingers from mine allowing me to run to her. All emotions ran through my body. It seemed like I was running in slow motion. I saw flashbacks. None of that mattered at this moment. I was finally holding on to my mother's mother.
"Come in, come in!" My grandma lead Justin and I to the dinning room table. We sat and greeted each other for a few moments. "Are you guys hungry?" "Starving." Justin admitted. She smiled and left for the kitchen.
She came back with a surprise along with the food. It wasn't a surprise to be happy with. "Rachael?" Justin stood up. I was confused. "Sit down, Justin." I stood as he sat. "What are you doing here?" I frowned and crossed my arms.
Justin grabbed my arm and I snatched it off. "Rachael. Answer me." I snapped through my teeth. "I uhm, I've been here... Ever since you got out of the hospital. I-I told Just-" "Grandma, get Madison and please go upstairs or outside." I watched them leave out the back door and I advanced towards Rachael.
"You talked to who?!" "Ju-Justin." I felt rage go through my body. "What the fuck are you doing talking to my boyfriend?! You have no business!" "Scared of competition?" She smirked. "Excuse me?" I cocked my head back and raised an eyebrow.
She crossed her arms in satisfaction. "You can't eat what you dished out. You stole Marcus from me, now you feel like Justin's gonna come for me!" Without a second thought my hand hit the side of her face. Justin grabbed my shoulders and pulled me back. I twisted out of his hold and went out the front. Justin was fast to join me.
"What the hell was that?" "You knew she was here?! All this time?" Justin sighed and walked towards me. I backed up to make him stop. "No. She randomly called me this morning." "But you still didn't tell me. And what is she doing calling you?"
"Beats me. She got my number when you were in the hospital." I sat down on the porch swing, "you know her intentions." He found a spot next to me, "maybe, but that doesn't change anything. You've got to trust me, Bri." "I know." My head dropped.
I felt a hand grab my chin and lift my head. I was forced to face Justin. He was starring in my eyes and I couldn't help but to smile. Underneath there was still nothing but hurt and I knew Justin could sense it. He soon captured my lips with his.
I inhaled deeply through my nose. He cupped one side of my face and began to trace the outline of my bottom lip with his tongue. I pulled away and slowly licked his upper lip which was still separated from his lower. He gripped onto my thigh with his free hand.
Just as I was falling under my boyfriend's spell, we were interrupted with the screeching screen door. Of course it was the person responsible for my current heartache.
She gave me a disgusted look and turned to Justin with a smile. He could tell I wanted to get up and knock it off of her face, so he squeezed my thigh. Her smile quickly faded. "This isn't the last you've heard from me!"
She stormed off the porch and into her car. "I-I've heard that before, Justin." He was speechless. I thought back into a darker time. Just then, I was brought to the memory of my worst nightmare.
"That's exactly what Marcus said, I know baby."
