There was one night to pass. I felt Justin stir in his sleep. "Baby?" He mumbled. "Why are you up Justin? It's 8:30..." "This twin size bed aint cutting it for the both of us babe." He lifted his torso to arch and pop his back. "Plus it smells like heaven down stairs." He plopped his stomach back down and exhaled deeply.
"Sorry darling. Try to catch some more sleep." "No no no. She's cooking. I don't wanna be rude." Justin sat up and tapped my bum "time to go make ourselves puuuurdy." I giggled and rolled out of bed.
I led Justin to the nearest restroom. Together we splashed water on our faces, combed our hair and brushed our teeth. We played in the mirror making faces and different poses. It was the most fun I had had in the longest time. We were back to being cute and non sappy. "Let's go eat baby." Justin grabbed my hand and led me down the stairs.
We were greeted with smile and Madison pulled out our chairs for us to sit. Justin rewarded her with a kiss on the cheek and she blushed. "You two are adorable together Bri." "Thank you, gramma."
She placed plates in front of us along with a large breakfast. "Thank you for this. It looks delicious." "Dig in, Bieber!" I laughed at my grandmothers words and slapped food onto my plate.
We all finished around the same time but Madison was the first to leave the table. Knowing my grandmom, Justin and I were about to get a lecture.
"Son, I know you get interviewed quite a bunch but I just want to ask some questions." I spoke to soon. I dropped my head awaiting Justin's response. Luckily it was kind. "Go right ahead. I'd be happy to answer." My head shot up and I smiled at my boyfriend. Of course, I rewarded him with a kiss.
"Want me to leave the room?" "No bae. I want you here with me." I smirked and got comfortable in my chair. We both glared at my gramma as a signal for her to begin.
"Well sweetie, I just want to say I'm happy you've found Justin. I can see your happiness. You're shinning brighter than you ever have." I giggled and felt a hand grab mine. I looked up at my grinning boyfriend and happily interlaced our fingers.
"No offense Aubrey. But Justin, why her? We all know you could have any girl in the planet. Why her? Why Aubrey?" I was anxious for Justin's response. "Well..." Justin wiped his mouth and dropped his free hand in his lap. "There's something about her. Ever since the first time I saw her, I couldn't stop thinking about her.
She stands out in the crowd. She's so beautiful and kind hearted. The way she treats me is like nothing I've ever had. I feel something with her. No, I don't know if we are supposed to be together, but I'm gonna try my very best to make sure I never lose her."
I felt his hand grip to mine tighter and I realized my gramma's eyes were getting glossy along with mine. "Awh, girls. Please don't cry!" I shook my head and continued to look at my grandma.
"Okay, uh, why are you so protective of her? Like you fought Marcus..a guy you barely knew." "Uhm, I made a promise to Aubrey. Having any communication with me comes with fame. But I got caught walking her to her car and I knew press were going to be quick to find her...
So I showed up and made a promise. I promised to protect her. As she figured out fans and paps are totally dangerous. But that promise wasn't only about fame. Yes she may have been hurt, but honestly without me it could've been...deadly."
I was choking down more tears remembering both of those days. "Why'd you make her that promise. And why'd you keep it?" "I felt like I had to. I also liked her. No I didn't mean to make a relationship out of it, but that was out of my control.
And I've always been one to keep my promises. I know it sounds so cliche, but there's something about her." "One last question." She said through her smile. Justin nodded. "Do you think she can handle it?" He smirked "only time will tell...but I have all the faith in the world in her."
A tear rolled down my grandmother's cheek as she rose from her seat. She said not a word, gathered the dishes and disappeared into the kitchen.
My wonderful boyfriend pushed his chair to the table and pulled me out of mine into a hug. He held me for minutes after minutes. "You could atleast give me a kiss." Justin pulled his head back and puckered his lips. "You're right." I tapped his lips with my fingers and ran away.
The sound of Justin's feet followed behind me. He was shouting at me to stop or I was going to regret it. I just giggled and continued in my play.
We ran in circles. Ran through every single door. But as I ran through another door I noticed my boyfriend was no longer behind me. My feet came to a stop and I searched the room for my boy.
"Justin?" No answer. Hmmm. I poked my head outside the door. Still no sight of him. I walked out and headed back the way I came. "Oh Aubrey..." A voice shouted from behind me.
I giggled and took off in the direction of the voice. When just in a few seconds of running, all the air in my lungs were forced out if me. Two arms were around my torso. I started screaming once I regained my breath. "Shhh, baby!"
I tried escaping his hold, but yes, he was just too strong! "Stop running from me!" Justin yanked my body towards himself causing me to lose balance. I stumbled over my feet, making my body fall into Justin's. We were both sent to the ground. Lucky for me, he broke my fall.
Through my giggles and embarrassment, "baby! Are you okay?!" I was sitting on the floor beside his stretched out body. He closed his eyes and said nothing. "Justinnn." I said in a wine as I poked his sides.
"Fine." I slowly started to get up but in a swift movement, Justin had me pinned down. As I was giggling I tried to squirm out of his hold. "You ready to give me my well deserved kiss yet?!" I shook my head slowly and pulled my lips into my mouth.
Justin huffed and started kissing all over my face very fast. This was my opportunity.
I lifted my legs around his waist and flipped the both of us over. Justin was in shock of my power over him. "Now I am." I kissed his nose, both of his cheeks and finally down to his lips.
I sat back up and started rubbing his stomach. "Happy now?" "Ecstatic, babe." He said with a smirk. "Good." I slapped his stomach and left him in the middle of the hallway.
