~~~3 years later~~~

I woke up to the smell that everyone knows (hospital smell) and opened my eyes slowly as the sun was blinding when I finally opened them fully I looked at my arms to see needles in my and see a monitor to my left so I sat up when I looked around I saw someone sleeping on a chair when I looked closely it kind of looked like Nick but he had a bright ring on his finger and he looked older what the hell happened?
"Ugh Nick?" I said kind of quiet not sure if I want to wake him up but he just grumbled but then Penny walked in with 2 coffees in her hand and a giant diamond on her finger also...wait what was happening, she dropped the coffees then said
"Alex...is that really you" she said wide eyed
"Yah it's me" I laughed lightly "what happened I can't remember why am I here?" I asked she got teary eyed and came over to me giving me the biggest hug I've ever had and started crying
"Hmm sweetie what's wrong" said Nick rubbing his eyes and adjusting them and his eyes went big like Penny's a little ago "Alex you're awake!" He said so he rushed out the room to call a nurse and some came in seeing that I was finally awake I guess
"Wait wait wait woah what happened why do you guys look so different and I'm here with tubes to me?" I asked the guys
"Well sweetheart you overdosed on prescription pills and then some of your very nice friends found you and called 911 to help and you have been in a coma for 3 years" a nurse said with a sad smile. My eyes widened as I remember what happened those years ago I was now 30 wait what happened to the other guys. My heart started to race and it came up in the monitor so the nurse gave me a shot which instantly calmed my nerves and I fell asleep once again.// A couple hours later I woke up to see the rest of the group there as soon as I fluttered my eyes opened they all stared at me and when they did Fab quietly said my name, my face burned hot from embarrassment so I hung my head down and soon I realized I was crying as I saw drops of tears fall onto the blanket I had over me. How could I be so stupid why did I waste everyone's time I should have never did that or at least I should have died instead of everyone get all worked up over me. I felt someone wipe my tears away and I looked up to see Fab looking a little different from 3 years ago
"I think we should leave them alone guys" I heard an all to familiar voice (Julian) so they all get up and left leaving just me and Fab inside
"I've missed you" he said sweetly smiling looking at me I let out a weak laugh and looked down again "they said you can get out of here by tomorrow" he grabbed my chin and lifted my gaze up to him. He kissed my forehead and rested his head on top of mine while I laid mine on his chest
"How have you guys been" I asked weakly and kind of in a raspy voice
"Well Julian and Juliet are married after talking things out and she's 7 months pregnant, Nick and Penny are married, Nikolai has been married for a while, and Albert hasn't met anyone yet he just fucks around" he said looking me in the eyes
"What about you haven't you met anyone" I asked studying his face
"I've been waiting on one person" he said kissing me slowly and I kissed back then we broke the short kiss as he laid his forehead on mine
"Why me for all you know I could have never woken up, didn't you date anyone or do anything while I was asleep" I asked curiously
"Well I did just go around fucking random girls but it didn't feel good actually every time I did I felt like a piece of me would go missing what I needed was you all along" he said looking away blushing slightly and I laughed lightly "what's so funny" he asked
"That was so cheesy and I don't care that you went around sleeping with other girls it's like...we are equal" I laughed again and so did he "what have you guys done" I asked
"Well we wrote a new album a year ago so we have been touring around but we are taking a break, I missed you every day wishing I was still here seeing if you were okay" he said pushing hair behind my ear
"That's nice I guess when I get home I will listen to your new album" I chuckled "dude I want to leave already I want to stretch and run around and get fresh air" I said pouting
"Tomorrow" he said laughing a bit
"I would get up and stretch but I'm kind of in a gown so I'll just get comfy here" I giggled "why don't you ask the others guys to come in since I'm done being a party pooper" I laughed and Fab did as well then he got up and went to call the guys back in and they all came in with awkward smiles and said "Hey" softly then I said "Hi guys how have you been and thanks for inviting me to your guy's weddings jeez way to leave a brother out!" I laughed loudly not wanting them to be so quiet so the rest laughed along with my joke
"There is the cheerful Alex we know" said Albert laughing
"You got it dude" I laughed "you guys are so lucky I haven't seen sunlight in 3 years I feel like a vampire" I said hissing at the setting sun outside the window and the other laughed "and I haven't eaten real food either" i said as my stomach growled "when I leave this hell hole I'm going to buy a huge ass burger" "wait guys what happened to my restaurant!" I asked frantically as I remember that I had one
"It's still good, your mom has took over while you were here" said Julian "oh and um your father died a year after you went into your coma, he died of lung cancer" he said looking down
"Eh I don't care" I said shrugging my shoulders as the others looked at me in shock
"You don't even care one bit" asked Nikolai with furrowed eyebrows
"You see guys for some things I can get over easily but I can also keep grudges for a very very long time" I said slowly making it more dramatic "what he has don't to me and my mother I could honestly give zero fucks about him he physically hurt my mother and had attempted to hurt me also so even if heaven and hell did exists he defiantly is getting butt raped by satan right now" I said with a straight face// we moved onto other subjects and had a good time
"It's getting late I should probably get going home" said Nikolai yawning and everyone agreed with him besides Fab and said their goodnights to me
"Aren't you going home Fab" I asked yawning
"I don't want to leave you alone" he said gently stroking my hair
"Well I'm getting tired and you should sleep at home so you would be comfortable" I said my eyes getting droopy
"I'll just sleep on those chairs" he said pointing his finger to some chairs next to each other and standing up
"Wait" I said scooting over on my bed "you can just sleep here I'm fine with it" I said looking up at him so he sat back down and laid next to me facing me and examining my face "I probably look horrible don't I, I probably look dead" I laughed
"You look beautiful" he said as he started to hum "Who Loves The Sun" by The Velvet Underground one of my favourite songs by them and soon I fell asleep as he wrapped his arms around me.
